The Rendezvous Apartments, edmond-ok

I came in for a tour. I must say first I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The leasing office was beautiful. The amenities are great they have so many snacks and drinks to choose from. I viewed the apartment and I must say it is super nice and super affordable. Private bedroom AND BATHROOM! 24 hr fitness and computer lab. A place to fit your every need when looking for student housing or housing for an individual who may not need a whole place to themselves. The leasing agents are very informative and the application process is very easy.

i’ve lived here for a while, and overall my experience has been mixed — there are definitely some positives, but also several issues that future residents should be aware of. Pros: • Great location: It’s extremely convenient for UCO students, with the bus stop nearby and easy access to Walmart, Target, and other amenities. • Friendly management: The staff members are generally nice when interacting in person. • Maintenance is reliable: Requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and things do get fixed quickly. • Active community events: The property hosts events fairly often, which is a nice touch if you enjoy a sense of community. Cons: • Aging building: The building is pretty old, and it shows — the floors and ceilings often look like they’re going to fall apart. • Unexpected charges: They can add duplicate or unexplained charges, especially during move-out, so check your fees very carefully. • Nickel-and-diming: It feels like there’s a charge for every small thing, often without clear explanation. • Very slow email responses: Communication is not their strong suit. Even when you ask for updates, replies can take a long time, if they come at all. • Poor handling of roommate issues: In my experience, they only send emails and don’t actually take meaningful action to resolve problems. Overall, it’s an okay place to live if you prioritize location and quick maintenance, but the lack of communication, extra charges, and building conditions bring it down. A decent option — just make sure to document everything and keep track of your fees.

Visited this property last week and was so impressed! Spacious floor plans, update clubhouse with study rooms, pool table, and coffee bar. Most of all a very friendly staff who you can tell take pride in their complex and genuinely care about making you feel at home. The grounds were neat and clean and defiantly had great curb appeal! Great job Team Rendezvous

Friendly staff. So many amenities. The clubhouse has so many fun and unique events for residents. The fitness center offers a good amount of equipment to get a good workout in. Property is clean and well kept

Our landscaping company has maintained the Rendezvous property for many years. The management and staff have always been a pleasure to work with. It is apparent that keeping the property - both inside and outside - in great shape is a top priority. They offer some great common areas for the residents. We have had family and friends who live there or have lived there and have heard nothing but good things. Great location in Edmond too!
