Dillon Park Apartments, edmond-ok

The Staff is very nice, and my roommates and I have had minimal problems (Everything was taken care of by the fast maintenance team) I love my apartment here.

Only been here for a little bit and the experience so far has been great! Only have positive feedback about management, appliances, and the complex as a whole. Vicky is a very responsive manager with an accommodating can-do attitude and has definitely contributed towards my satisfaction here at Dillon park. The parking lot is also well lit and the apartments are very close to campus. With the campus police roaming my roommates and I all feel safe.

I lived at Dillon Park for a year, moved because I wanted my own place, and it was definitely a good place to live for college students! It is a short walking distance to campus, so no need to pay for an expensive parking permit, and also conveniently close to shopping centers! How it looks on the website, is exactly what it looks like in the actual apartment. The best thing was the rent being a set price, with all utilities included, so you never had to worry about prices going up. I would recommend this student living to anyone who wants the college experience, such as meeting new people, but doesn’t want to pay an arm and leg to live on campus!

Dillon Park Apartments is a great place to live off campus. My Daughter lived there last year, when they got new Management. The New Manager Brian, is a great guy, and he really cares about the property and the Tenants. The Apartments got new beds and new appliances in most of the units. My daughter felt safe in the apartment, and it was a short walk to UCO. This apartment complex is great for athletes, because it is very close to the UCO Training center. I highly recommend Dillon Park Apartments.

I was a tenant at Dillon Park for a year and loved my stay! It was one of the first times of having three different roommates, but the apartment manager did a wonderful job matching them with me. All the units came with up-to-date appliances and furniture, so that was a huge bonus! There were some minor issues I had expierenced in the beginning, such as hearing a neighbor upstairs of me gaming and yelling consistently every night. But the apartment manager, Brian was good about keeping the tenant above me accountable, so all in all it was a good experience. I recommend Dillon Park to any college student who’s looking for something that’s low cost and in proximity to UCO.
