We lived at Bayit for 3 years. They were so kind and accommodating with all of our needs. They listened to complaints and completed our maintenance requests in a timely manner. The staff at Bayit are incredibly kind. They have fun crafts and activities for kids of all ages and really make it an inviting place to live. Laundry is on site in a laundry mat which is super convenient and helpful.

Bayit Edinboro is a fantastic place to live. The management and the maintenance groups make this a really good place to raise a family. I have lived here for several years now and never had any issues. The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. Our issue are acknowledge and dealt with in a very timely manner. Facilities are always clean and presentable.

My son and I are new tenants at Bayit, but the onboarding experience has been incredibly professional. The staff are timely and knowledgeable. The lease terms are exactly what you would want in a residential property. Very compatible with a working professional.

I’ve been with Bayit almost 2 years now and I honestly haven’t had a single problem here. The apartments are nice and well kept. Maintenance is pretty quick to handle problems. The office handles complaints exceptionally well. The little parties and activities Bayit hosts are well thought out and great for the community here too. I love the playground, laundromat and gym amenities too. This is such a great place to live. ❣️

My son decided to transfer to Edinboro last minute and they had no single dorms available. I was told to call Bayit and Brittany was absolutely amazing!!!! She secured a great studio apartment for my son in just a few hours. She texted and emailed links and pics and explained everything so there were no surprises in the lease and we ended up saving money. Would recommend 100%
