ottages at College Station today and I have to say I’m devastated. I set my lease 4 months ago with the thought of living in a quality 5 room duplex. However when I got here today I saw the worst repair and cleaning jobs me and my family have ever seen. There were mistakes all over the appartment like it hadn’t been cleaned on checked since the last residents moved out. All the pain jobs were done wrong with no paint matching the rest of the paint at all. There are dented door knobs all over the house. The laundry room hasn’t been cleaned for months and there is gum under the equipment. The microwave had grease all over it and the stove was dirty as well. There are holes on my ceiling and creaking floors. There is not an inch in the house without an issue. The the kitchen ceiling wasn’t textured. They did a repair of 2 feet by 2 feet which was badly done and never painted. I am truly sad because I was hoping to have a good day for my first day in A&M. My sister went to A&M and when we went to her appartment it seemed like a welcoming place but this apartment complex made me feel like they don’t care for the resident.

Awful company. I lived at their property in Athens ohio. When I moved in, my apartment was filthy and the couch was all ripped up. Of course it doesn’t end there as I’ve had 3 incidents of entering without 24 hour notice (which is illegal according to ohio law and is breaking the contract). The last thing I, an 18 year old female who lives alone, want to see when I wake up is 3 men in my living room, and like i said, with no notice. The cherry on top is definitely the fact that Peakmade will not return my security deposit nor my calls. My security deposit is legally overdue as it is to be returned within 30 days and it is well over that. Also, there is trash all over the complex that nobody seems to address.

I lived at Terrazul Apartments (in miami) and unfortunately my experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing. My security deposit refund was due on August 4 and it has still not been reissued to me, despite the original payment being returned to their office due to a processing issue. I have followed up multiple times and provided my correct mailing information, yet over three months later the refund has still not been sent. It has created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and communication and resolution efforts have been slow and unorganized. They were quick to take my deposit when I moved in but now, they have ghosted me in response to my refund deposit check. My only option is to contact state housing authority to see if i can recuperate my costs. I cannot recommend PeakMade as a property management company. Future residents should be aware of refund delays and communication challenges. ALso, the customer inquiry is ineffective, don't waste your time as they do not respond.

Loved living at Valley Falls Apartments. Located in Spartanburg, SC. Clean, friendly, safe, maintenance are top and any problems got fixed asap. Quality living space.

New Management of Auden upstate, SC is charging you for Valet Trash but its not actually valet. Its manual trash removal as you need to keep bins inside and you are bound to put it out for two hours on service days and bring it back after that so its more manual trash throwing activity instead of valet but they are charging you for valet services and trying to fine you by changing policies every month since they charge over Auden. Not recommended this place further.
