What is an individual lease?

An individual lease is a per-bed space lease. You sign a lease for a bed space in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This means you are only responsible for your own installments. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.

Do you offer roommate matching services if I don’t have enough people to fill my apartment?

Yes! EVER offers a roommate matching program. After filling out the roommate profile in your application, we will match you with someone who has a similar lifestyle and habits to the best of our ability. Additionally, we partnered with RoomSync, an app used to create a profile and swipe to match with potential roomies.

Question 3

What utilities are included in my installment?

Accepted Answer

Your installment includes fiber internet via wi-fi or ethernet port, and trash. You are responsible for the electric, water, and sewer charges.

Question 4

What is a guarantor and what if I do not have one?

Accepted Answer

A guarantor is a third party that ensures timely payment for your rental installment and any additional charges during your lease at EVER. If you do not have a guarantor, we have alternative options to approve your application to live at EVER. Contact our office to discuss these alternatives.

Are the units fully furnished?

EVER’s apartments come fully furnished. B) Each resident will have a full-size bed with a headboard and pillow-top mattress, a four-drawer under-bed dresser, a study desk with USB, and a desk chair. C) Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, 65 inch Smart TV, coffee table, sofa, side chair*, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional couch.
