The Gates, east-lansing-mi

I had such a great experience touring and learning more about The Gates! Stephanie, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She also made sure I was aware of all the current incentives and specials available, which helped me understand ways I could save money. While I was there, I also had the opportunity to hear about Nakoah from the maintenance team. He went above and beyond to help assist my girlfriend moving very heavy furniture into the unit. You can immediately tell that he is a hard worker who truly takes pride in what he does. He was friendly, professional, and made a great impression. Overall, the entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a positive experience. I highly recommend The Gates to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Nice apartment overall has a bunch of amenities. My main two greviences are the plowing of the ramp not being done (leading to you literally not being able to park with no other options) and the SMELL of other peoples apartments specifically their pets, yuck.

Had a mostly good experience living here. Enjoyed the location and in-unit washer and dryer. My room was nearly uninhabitable for about a month when I discovered mold in my room and it was being treated, management did not accept my request for money off my rent because my room was unlivable.

New management has been great and these are nice apartments. Maggie has been helpful 4 me so far

The Gates is fantastic! Anytime something comes up, the maintenance team is on it super fast and they actually fix things the right way the first time. The leasing office is also super quick to respond whether it’s emails, calls, or random questions, they’re always helpful and on top of everything. Overall, it’s been a really smooth and stress-free place to live!
