The Club at Chandler Crossings, east-lansing-mi

I’ve lived at the club for 2 years now and it has been a good start for me. Upon moving in, the apartment was not the cleanest and there were some cosmetic issues including a giant whole in the wall. I feel more confident with our new maintenance making the move-in better for new renters. Unfortunately, the pool is rarely open and when it is, the temperature is very cold. The other amenities are great though, and I love that they throw different events. Plus, the staff is always very kind and helpful. Overall, this is a great starter apartment for young college students. Nothing incredible, but a welcoming place to call home

Good place to live as a student and the price is amazing. I'm in medical school and I split an apartment with 3 other students. Maintenance was quick to respond, the area has lots of nice walking paths nearby, and the staff in the office is pleasant. Would recommend buying some extra light fixtures if your room does not have overhead light.

I’ve lived here for about a year now, and the new management has made a huge difference. They’re much more responsive, friendly, and organized, and the property is noticeably cleaner than before. I wouldn’t let reviews from more than six months ago influence your decision because things have really improved. They also host community events pretty often, which is a great way to meet people. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, the management team is quick to take care of it and make sure it’s fixed as soon as possible.

So excited to start living at the Club, me and my roommate toured and sat down to talk about pricing and everything. It went so good we were immediately convinced to sign! We loved the gym, pool, and bball court! Management has been extremely helpful as well as it has been our first time living in an apartment they have answered many of our questions and been very fast at responding!

I have lived at the club for almost two years now, and I am moving out because I am transferring colleges. The club is a good, cheap apartment complex for college students. From what I have heard, the club is better than the village or the landings as well. The people in the office are always super helpful, and they throw fun events for residents quite often. The downsides that I have seen throughout my time here are that the pool is often closed, and when it is open it's freezing cold, and for some reason the internet service is not private anymore which is concerning. Overall, this place is a good apartment complex to start your young adult life with!
