I’ve been living here for about a year and the new management is wonderful. They are much quicker, cleaner, nicer and more hospitable than ever. Don’t be discouraged by reviews over 6 months old. They hold events regularly, and it makes it easy to meet new people and have a good time. If you move here and something is wrong with your apartment, they will make sure it’s fixed immediately.

I’ve been living here since July 2024 and haven’t had any major issues. Recently, my toilet overflowed, and maintenance came within two hours and fixed it right away. I especially want to thank Wael from maintenance — he went above and beyond by coming by daily to monitor the moisture levels and reassure me that everything was being taken care of. He was professional and thorough. I really appreciate the quick response and great service!

I have been living here for the past two years, and I have noticed that the service has improved significantly this year. I recently had a few issues in my bathroom, and Wael from the maintenance team was extremely helpful. As soon as I informed him, he addressed everything promptly. He worked efficiently and made sure to thoroughly check everything after completing the repairs to ensure the problems were fully resolved. I really appreciate his quick response, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The new management has been such a great improvement with better response times, cleanliness in the gym, and being more welcoming. Definitely a place to have on your radar!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or well-managed place to live!!!! Living here has been extremely uncomfortable from the start. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and covered in mold, and it honestly felt unlivable. Management has been incredibly unresponsive and frustrating to deal with. I’ve reported multiple serious issues, including lease violations, and despite having clear documentation of every violation, nothing has been done. They repeatedly say they’ll handle it, but no action is ever taken. It created an uncomfortable living situation and I felt completely unsupported by the management as a tenant.
