Landmark on Grand River, east-lansing-mi

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The amenities are excellent and have made living here very enjoyable. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet the property is. It’s a peaceful place to come home to after a busy day. The community is also very welcoming. The residents are kind, friendly, and help create a positive atmosphere that makes it feel like more than just an apartment complex. I also want to give a special shoutout to London. She was incredibly sweet to work with throughout the leasing process and was always professional, helpful, and responsive. She made everything easy and stress-free and truly represents the community well. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-maintained place to live. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. Landmark is great! The location is amazing and makes everything in East Lansing feel super convenient and accessible. The amenities are wonderful and always added to the overall experience. One thing that really stood out was the WiFi because it was consistently fast and reliable, which made studying, streaming, and everyday use easy. Overall, a great place with a lot to offer.

The Landmark is amazing!! Great amenities especially the outside deck area; love the grills and it’s like the perfect place to tan and catch the town!! I also wanna mention their amazing staff but someone who stood out to me was London! She gave me a great tour and the bubbly personality was a perk! Highly recommend :)

I had a great experience with Megan during my Zoom apartment tour since we live out of state. She was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. She even took the time to measure a few spaces for us, which was incredibly helpful to plan out things like rugs and pictures. My daughter is looking forward to moving in at the Landmark in August.
