Glenwood Apartments, east-lansing-mi

I walked in to the leasing office recently and inquired about a 2 bedroom apartment. Eva was extremely helpful and had all of the information I needed. Although I decided to look elsewhere she made the experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable! Hoping wherever I end up has equally as good employees as Eva in their leasing office! Thanks again, Eva!

My boyfriend and i went to tour an apartment, and Jessie was very helpful and bubbly!! He made sure we didn't miss any information, and answered all of our questions! (we had a lot haha) Love these properties!

Haven't viewed a lot of apartments however Sean was nice and straight forward with the tour. Showing off all the features and what to expect with each unit.

DO NOT RENT HERE AS A STUDENT. Management is horrible when it comes to payments and understanding balances on their portal. You can pay your portion of the rent along with internet etc. They will send you an invoice not showing where you've paid towards any utilities saying there's a balance to be paid yet you don't see any balance when you sign in to pay. They could be charging you anything and you wouldn't know. This can be considered as fraud because how do you get an itemized ledger not showing in the fields you've paid on the portal a balance that's due from your utilities yet even if you owe you sign into a portal to pay and it show no unpaid balance. Then you talk to someone in the leasing office that can't help and says "that's just how it is" when how it is is wrong and broken. Go somewhere where you can see exactly what you have to pay AND they have cameras monitoring the parking lots because my kid got his car broken into and they couldn't help with that as well. Just terrible and know they're getting over on college kids. Edit: The ledgers so called sent do not match what’s in the portal which is what was explained. Even when looking at the ledger it fails to show what is paid in the portal when it comes to utilities after a portion of the utilities were paid. There again this complex could be charging anything and there no way for you to know. What makes it worse I’ve been calling the corporate office to get them to explain why there’s a difference between the ledger and the portal since the manager at the leasing office wasn’t understanding and THEY have yet to return my call.
