Staying at the Element has been a great experience! The quality of the appartment is truly unmatched in East Lansing. With an amazing view and very spacious rooms its feels like home. I recommend that anyone who wants a homey feel and good living experience to check out the Element before it fills up!

The last year has been a great experience for my daughters at the Element in East Lansing. They are clean, well kept and maintenance is always on top of whatever needs to be taken care of. Amenities are wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Living in The Element has been the best experience throughout my college career. As a grad student, I have lived in many apartments and have dealt with horrible landlords in the past; The Element beats them all by far. The landlord is the friendliest, honest, and a genuinely caring man and who is always available to answer questions or any of my concerns. The apartments are extremely nice and spacious. The living room and kitchen have updated appliances and beautiful furniture, my roommate and I get so many compliments on it whenever we have guests over. Our bedrooms are huge along with the bathrooms and closets. The covered parking garage is an added plus and I always feel safe walking back from my car. The overall cleanliness of the whole complex is another favorite of mine, the elevator, lobby, and hallways are always clean. I have absolutely loved living here and wish I would have found out about it 4 years ago because if I could do it all again I would have lived here all 5 years of my college life. Thank you to The Element for such an amazing living experience! I cannot say enough great things!

My daughter lived at the Element and she had a wonderful experience living there. As a Mother I was most impressed with the intimate atmosphere as well as being very confident of my daughter’s safety. Everyone at the Element is very friendly including the staff. My daughter easily made friends with the other tenants. The apartments are extremely nice, clean and well kept. Very roomy and luxurious. I would highly recommend the Element.

What a great establishment Element 903 is. When deciding where to live this past spring, I had many options. The one aspect that I desired more than anything else was location. Being in the Eli Broad School of Business, there is no more premier location than Element 903. Located just a 4 minute walk away, I could walk home for lunch everyday and be back in time for class. If you are desiring great location, then there is no better establishment than Element 903!
