East Knolls Apartment, east-lansing-mi

This is a nice apartment with the rare feature of vinyl flooring. It’s conveniently located and very quiet during the day. At night, you can hear trains and sirens. The leasing office is in Arbor Glen, so it’s inconvenient to access the other services included in the rent. Maintenance requests are handled neither too quickly nor too slowly—it generally takes two to three business days, but fortunately, all issues are resolved. The security issues, however, are unacceptable. If it weren’t for the fact that my roommate’s car and my bicycle were both stolen from the carport, I would definitely have renewed my lease. I’m very grateful to Ann, the International Agent. She was extremely patient and friendly. I consulted her multiple times about the apartment application process, and she always responded quickly and helped me resolve any issues.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The space is comfortable, the community is peaceful, and everything is well taken care of. International Agent Ann has been incredibly helpful and always makes sure I feel supported.
