Americana Apartments, east-lansing-mi

I’ve had a great experience with Americana B Apartments so far! The staff is amazing, and Weston Sherwood has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He gave an excellent tour, is always quick to reach out by email or phone whenever something is needed, and has made everything easy and stress-free. He’s genuinely kind, professional, and wants the best for everyone who chooses to live here. I highly recommend Americana B, and a big thank you to Weston for all of his help!

Americana apartments has been an amazing place to live. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The maintenance staff is very quick and always fixes any issue. The apartments themselves are very nice and new, with plenty of space for living and storage. The balcony is a great place to relax and get fresh air without leaving the apartment. The location is unbeatable with how close to campus it is. With the helpful staff, the great apartments and location, I would recommend living here to any college student.

Nice apartment but very money hungry. We were told that we needed to move out a month earlier than our lease document stated and we are still expected to pay that months rent. Unbelievable considering we work near for the summer and now have to travel an hour to work everyday because we were told to move out. UPDATE: DTN admitted they made a mistake and owned up to it in a professional manner with a personal phone call. Other than this hiccup, these are great apartments and are in a great location!

This apartment complex is a great place to live, and it is super close to campus. Another bonus to living here is the DTN Leasing office staff and maintenance, they are always available and willing to help out when needed. I highly recommend everyone to live here.

I had a fantastic experience at DTN, typically when you can't figure out something it can take a while to get it sorted out. My roommates and I had a problem with our ledger, but Ms. Saunders helped us get it sorted out fairly quickly and in a very fun manner, which made figuring out where we went wrong much less complicated and to an extent enjoyable.
