Pros: * Very close to UNH campus. * The application and approval process was quick and straightforward. * One monthly payment covers rent, internet, and utilities, which makes budgeting simple. * Pets are allowed if they are ESAs or caged animals. Cons: * I had issues getting my security deposit back on time. In my first apartment at Riverseadge, it took well over the required 30 days to receive it. This happened more than once. * During snowstorms, you are required to move your car for plowing. Management does not provide a designated place to park, and street parking is not an option. If you don't move your car, it will be towed, even if you're out of town and physically unable to move it. My car was almost towed while it had a steering wheel lock installed, which would have resulted in damage to my vehicle. That experience was incredibly frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and a designated temporary parking solution during snow removal. * Maintenance can be very slow. When my sink clogged, it took weeks before it was fixed. Even small issues, like burned-out light bulbs, could take a long time to be addressed. * The lobby is open to anyone, which created security concerns. Mail and packages were stolen while I lived there. * We were shown a different apartment than the one we actually moved into. The model unit had amenities like a TV and an in-unit washer/dryer. When we moved in, our apartment didn't have the TV. Our rent was adjusted to reflect the missing amenity, but our lease still didn't match what we were actually renting. For a company managing expensive student housing, I expected much better organization and communication. * The parking lot is sometimes used by people who don't live there, making it difficult for residents to find parking. I contacted management about it and never received a response. * Because the apartments are so close to campus, UNH does not consider residents to be commuters. That means you can't purchase a commuter parking pass and may end up paying for metered parking on campus regularly. * Our refrigerator had a built-in water filter, but management informed us the refrigerator wasn't connected to a water line. As a result, the filter alarm would go off repeatedly for no reason, and there was no way to actually use the water dispenser. It was a small issue, but an incredibly frustrating one that was never resolved. Overall, the location and all-inclusive rent are the biggest advantages. However, slow maintenance, poor communication, parking frustrations, security concerns, and administrative disorganization made my experience much more stressful than it should have been.

I’ve had a great experience living at Riversedge. Christopher and Jeff are both very reliable and do a great job keeping the property clean and running smoothly. Any maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly, we have had a few appliances die and they are replaced ASAP. Christopher especially puts a lot of effort into keeping the building in good shape and making residents feel comfortable, he is very available, friendly and willing to help. The building stays pretty quiet, and we’ve never really had problems with neighbors. Overall, I’d recommend Riversedge to anyone looking for a place to live near UNH.

I've lived here the past 4 years sense I've been going to UNH. It's been a great experience especially sense the new apartment Manager took over. The response to all issues has been immediate and effective.

Christopher and Jeff both do an amazing job at keeping the property clean, safe, and positive overall. Maintenance gets fixed quickly and they are easy to get in contact with. Since Christopher started, he has gone above and beyond to maintain cleanliness throughout the building and always aims to create good interactions with the residents. The building is usually quiet and we never have any complaints about others. I definitely recommend living at Riversedge!

I 100% recommend residing here at riversedge apartments! The staff is extremely attentive and very outgoing! Both Jeff and Chris always make an effort to check in and make sure everything is all set with our unit. I always feel welcome and safe here. I would definitely recommend it!
