LONG BUT WORTH THE READ!! I absolutely would never reccomend anyone to live here. Staff is not willing to help, very dismissive and rude. They rarely answer emails and you always have to call to get answers. I had roommate issues and I called to ask my options and they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I just had to deal with it. If you live here PICK YOUR ROOMATES! Summit management is horrible at choosing. When we moved in, our washer was full of mold in the seal. We put in multiple matinence requests and they would never do anything other than run the self clean cycle and wipe it down with bleach. Matinence takes weeks to come and look at things and when they do it is early in the morning and they sit and bang on the door until someone comes and opens it. They are so very rude. Once when our heat was stuck on, one of my roomates put in a request and management didn't inform all of us about when they would be coming. The man was checking all the heats in the rooms and I had just gotten home from a long trip so all my laundry (personal items) was on my bed and the man asked to come in my room and I said no because of the reason I just said. He was VERY rude and just about yelled at me because I wasn't comfortable with him seeing my personal clothing items. The heat in our rooms had JUST been checked a week or so prior and my room was perfectly fine and everything was working fine. Matinence is horrible. With the snow and plowing, they will plow up piles right behind the cars and then expect you to be able to move your cars by a certain time and will tow you if not moved. I had sent an email with photo evidence of cars that were plowed in and they tried to make the excuse of snow drifts when it was very obviously from a plow. The staff had zero apologies about anything and would hang up or treat you like your stupid. You also do not get your full security deposit back, they take 175 for a cleaning and painting fee even if there is nothing wrong in your unit. Also overpaid on rent one month by accident and called to ask for it back because I needed it for other expenses and they flat out refused when no where in my lease did it say they were allowed to keep it. Moved out of Duluth and will never go back after this expierence.

Would absolutely not recommend living here or anywhere with summit management. Have recommended many friends to go somewhere else. Maitnence requests take months. Mold is all over the bathroom and was “fixed” by scrapping it into the bath tub. Staff is rarely helpful and super rude and dismissive. Parking lots are not salted or plowed well leading to many dangerous situations. Random charges are put on your account and can only be fixed by contacting them continuously. Staff walk into houses during the summer months unannounced all the time. Tax CRP forms for the summer lease are not provided and when asked I was hung up on. And Rent prices are insane for what you get.

Have not had a good experience living at campus park. We had issues with our unit and management dismissed us and told us there was nothing they could do about it. Our appliances are all in very bad shape, scratched and damaged from previous people who lived here. When we moved in we found out the washer was covered in mold from previous tenants and management told us they wouldn't replace it. Maintenance does not respond quickly to issues and does not solve them. There is not enough parking spaces for everyone and no guest spots available near our unit. Management is very dismissive and standoffish, not willing to help out, or solve the issues in our unit. Would not recommend this place, management does not appear to care about the residents living here. Continue to be dismissed by management, they truly do not care about the residents living here and only care about money. Every time I call with an issue they say "it's not our fault". Some of the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever met. They lack customer service skills immensely. I would never live at campus park again and can't wait to leave this place and the horrible management.

I Doordash here on a regular basis. Tonight I was in a domino effect series of collisions caused by extremely icy conditions in the downhill slanting parking lot. I was very cautiously trying to leave and hadn't slid into anything when a young guy reversed out of his spot, swung around by me, and slid into me hard enough to push me into another vehicle. I literally couldn't leave without scraping against another one. The police were there for something else and their squad car was sliding badly as well. I absolutely refuse to deliver here for the rest of the winter. Absolutely ridiculous that it's never salted.

Terrible staff, the whole company is always trying to get more money from you and find more ways to raise rent. On top of that when needing help with the unit or other issues, management is no help
