I recently had the opportunity to tour this property with Jason, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to walk me through the property in detail, and answered all of my questions clearly throughout the tour. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. Overall, the experience left a very positive impression. If you’re considering this property, you can feel confident knowing you’ll be working with a manager who is attentive, responsive, and truly cares about providing a great experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Mint Urban at Xfinity. Recently, I went through a very stressful situation involving my apartment and a lease concern that thankfully ended up being resolved in my favor. Throughout that entire process, the leasing office was professional and accommodating. Most recently, I lost my key fob during everything that was going on, and when I went to inquire about replacing it, the leasing agent was kind enough to provide me with a new one at no charge. That level of understanding and customer service truly meant a lot to me. Overall, I genuinely love living here. I was honestly really sad at the thought of having to move because this community has been a great place to call home. The building is consistently clean, especially the lobby and common areas. I really appreciate not having to haul trash off-site, and maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two, which is impressive. The community itself is quiet, and residents tend to mind their business and respect one another. I’ve never had issues with neighbors, which makes a big difference in apartment living. The leasing office has always been responsive to my calls and helpful with any concerns — they’ve even gone out of their way to help me track down a missing package before. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to the team for your professionalism and support. It truly makes a difference!

Honestly, living here has been a really bad experience. We haven’t had heat for almost three months, even during storms and freezing weather, which is just not okay. On top of that, they shut off the water all the time without proper notice, which makes it really hard to live normally. The building doesn’t feel safe either. There are often homeless people sleeping in the common areas, and packages keep getting stolen from the mailroom. It feels like nothing is being done about it. Management has been very disappointing. It’s hard to get a response, and maintenance requests either take forever or get ignored completely. I usually don’t write reviews, but this has been too frustrating to stay quiet about. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

From the jump I had issues with just trying to schedule a tour. I told them when I was available and it was as if they didn't bother to read my availability. They tried to schedule a tour when I made it crystal clear when I was not available. One of the leasing agents hung upon me when I was just asking basic information. I reported this to Ron and he apologized and said he would address the problem. I overlooked it and scheduled an appt for a couple days later at 10 am. This was what I wrote to Ron after my experience. "I walked in for my appt There was a man on the phone and a woman talking to someone. I stood there for 5 minutes and neither one of them had the decency and professionalism to say hello and one of us will be right with you. I have to say the pictures are deceiving. The building was dingy and many windows looked like they were in disrepair. I looked at some of the floor plans on the website and not every unit has w/d, ceiling fans, granite counters etc. I saw no mention of central air and when I was standing in the leasing office Ididn't notice an elevator, only stairs. Not impressed. I feel mislead and that neither of them gave a care that I was there. Apparently, appt times aren't important because either of them would have put two and two together to realize, gee, we just opened, it's just after 10am and there is a woman standing there that may very well be here for her tour! Big waste of my time. Their recording of some stupid dog while you're waiting to be connected is not cute, funny or professional. It's highly obnoxious and irritating." Of course, no response from the peanut gallery! This place is a joke and their attitude reflects it. I dodged a huge bullet!!!

Hell is probably more habitable than this place. I lived here from Sept 2023 - Feb 2026. My building had 2 elevators. The one to the sixth floor (where I lived) was broken before I moved in and the other one broke in May 2024. Neither one was fixed until June 2025 after the fire department had been called multiple times for code violations. Washers and dryers were always broken or flooded, our unit had no AC and was barely heating up in winter (maintenance claimed it was working fine), building doors were broken and homeless people would sleep in the stair wells, peoples cars got broken into on a regular basis (security said it wasn’t their problem and management said it was security’s problem). Management regularly puts eviction notices on people’s doors regardless of if you paid rent or not claiming their system required them to. I received an eviction notice claiming I never paid $5,000 that never showed up in my resident portal. I was given a 2 day notice to vacate on a holiday with no way to pay that day. They gave us a late fee on a $200 charge (which we were never given an answer as to why we were charged) that showed in our portal multiple days after rent was due, hit with a late fee, then threatened with eviction. Garbage and animal waste is left all over the hallways, you get trash violations for other people’s trash, management is ineffective and claims any form of maintenance is “not their problem.” Do NOT move here.
