My boyfriend and I went here for the Van Gogh Immersive Experience and it was a wonderful time. We spent over 2 hours at the experience and were really able to take our time exploring everything, reading about Van Gogh, and truly immersing ourselves in the experience. This was my second time attending the Van Gogh experience and it was nice because they changed things up for the second time around, so it was not exactly the same as the first time, which I appreciated.

I first chose Assembly Student Living because of its prime location and the convenience of being so close to my university. At the time, I had no idea how much more this place would give me, beyond just a place to live, it became the heart of some of the best friendships and most cherished memories of my life. Over the past two and a half years, Assembly Student Living has felt like more than just a building; it’s a community. The people here, residents and staff alike, create an environment that’s welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely supportive. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just a roof over your head, Assembly Student Living is it. It’s where friendships grow, memories are made, and you feel at home, even when you’re far from it.

I’m in the North Hall with just a short few months left of my lease and I cannot WAIT to get out. Here’s the actual tea 🍵 for anyone thinking about moving here and living in the North Hall at least. I’m also using a different email to protect my privacy as well. Living here has been… let’s just say, character-building. Cleanliness here is a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Game: the north hall main lobby smells like crap everyday walking in 🤢. I dread walking through it every.single.day and the floors on each floor in the north hall literally looked like they haven’t been mopped since this place was established. ☠️ the lobby definitely has not been mopped since i’ve been here, and its been MONTHS. I hate having guests over to this place. the washing machine areas always have an awful odor, and the floors are always dirty and never mopped there as well. the washing/dryer machines are always filthy and never cleaned so i’ve had to resort to taking my laundry to a separate location. one of the elevators in north hall has been down for weeks with zero updates on when it’ll be ready again, and the other one sounds like it’s a button press away from collapsing between floors. Also, the water has been cut off THREE times for HOURS within the last week due to plumbing issues. it’s absolutely unbelievable and repulsive to be going through all this while being charged a bit over 1k to live here. 2. Sleep? Not So Much. If your unit faces the interstate, prepare for sleep that feels like a nap in a truck stop parking lot. Unless you have NASA-level sound insulation, the traffic noise will become your new white noise machine… minus the relaxation. Management will say anything to get you to sign with their “special” specials every month, which is also why you should be concerned outside of what I’m saying. They need bodies here, and they need them bad. But as other reviews have pointed out (and I’m now confirming too), there’s a clear pattern of shared negative experiences here. Do yourself a favor…read the negative reviews, notice the recurring issues in what people are saying without being asked to provide positive reviews to counter the negative ones…and make your decision with eyes wide open and the clearest head you can have. Management will promise you the moon to get you to sign. What you’ll actually get? Rent that doesn’t match what you receive but keeps going up nonetheless, low upkeep, and a crash course in living with expectations not being met.

5 Stars! Firstly, as a student of a local university I have spent several years of my time here and chose to surround myself with a phenomenal community that is full of like minded individuals. Assembly has provided me with a safe and fully secure, beautiful amenity filled, comfortable and clean environment to thrive in and ultimately achieve my personal goals and dreams! I cannot begin to thank them enough. On that note, I would 100% recommended Assembly Student Living Denver to any student who is interested in engaging in a life enriching student housing experience. Lastly, I would like to personally thank the entire staff including the Maintenance Department, Accounting Department, and the General Manager for their exceptional dedication to my success over the years and providing absolutely incredible customer service. They have shown me a great deal of respect and kindness with any questions I have asked and created a flawless experience that I will always appreciate. Each of you hold a unique and special place in my heart that I will forever cherish. Highly recommend! ✅ Thank you, Assembly Student Living! 🙂

Resident director is less than helpful whenever it comes to any situations or problems regarding this place. She will get annoyed at you for asking her to do her job to the point I had to call police to help me instead. Cars are constantly getting broken into here even though they originally stated they had security. Elevators are constantly out of order and hallways and lobby’s always smell like sewage. I had to constantly keep calling maintenance since there were many issues that kept occurring every two weeks regarding the A/C and the water. The one shared kitchen in the whole building doesn’t even have any appliances built in, it has an air frier and a microwave and if your lucky one of the plug in stoves might work. They are charging over 1k for rent for a place that is absolutely trash. Do yourself a favor and dont sign the lease.
