Absolutely terrible experience. I paid a $250 holding fee when I applied for this apartment in good faith and was told it was refundable. Six months later, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Throughout this process, there has been little urgency, poor communication, and no accountability. The staff I spoke with were always polite, but they were not helpful. I was informed that the refund check comes from the corporate office, not the leasing office, yet no one provided me with a way to contact corporate or escalate the issue. Instead, they simply said they would submit a request and that I needed to wait for the check to arrive in the mail. When nothing arrived, I was left to figure everything out on my own with no follow-up or guidance. As I continued checking in for updates, I increasingly felt like my questions were becoming an inconvenience. Each time I reached out, the interactions felt more dismissive, and I was left with the impression that they were frustrated by my repeated requests rather than interested in helping resolve the issue. Eventually, I no longer felt comfortable asking for updates because it seemed clear they considered the matter out of their hands. If they can't handle something as simple as returning a refundable holding fee, it doesn't inspire confidence in how they treat their residents. I would recommend looking elsewhere and thinking twice before trusting them with your money.

I moved into Alloy Sunnyside about a year ago and have really enjoyed living here. All of the amenities are new, and the gym is a great bonus. The staff is friendly and always helpful, and any issues are handled quickly. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access different parts of Denver, and the building feels very secure. If you’re looking for a place with a great quality-to-price ratio, I definitely recommend Alloy Sunnyside.

Love living here, it’s comfortable, nice amenities, lots of kind neighbors, and Ellis is the best. Our pup Holly also wanted to say that she loves Tim, and that he does a fantastic job maintaining the place. We’re super happy at the Alloy on Sunnyside!

I was one of the first residents in July 2024 and there has been lots of changes due to the high turnover rate of managers. It took me several times to reach out to the leasing office because there were new leasing agents every week. When I finally signed a lease/applied, there weren't many units open so I couldn't really get the units away from the warehouses which was a bit difficult. This wasn't their fault but I wasn't informed until after I signed a lease. I keep watch of what goes on in and around the property to make sure everyone in the building feels safe. Its a nice place, I just wish it wasn't vandalized every other week. Before the new management, I actually took the time to remove it myself. Previous managers told me that "its not your job to do", but it was because it wasn't handled right away. The one on the sign was impossible to remove so hopefully the new maintenance team can clean it. I understand that these are issues that management can't control, so maybe the security could be more proactive when it comes to vandalism and safety. Also, I wish that residents who don't follow the rules should be warned or face some type of fee because lots of people smoke marijuana on the premises as well as the pool area. Other than that this is a really nice place to live that's only five minutes downtown without the downtown prices. I like that I can always voice my concerns to the new management and they are much helpful than the previous. I appreciate that there's lots of amenities that other high rises properties don't have or charge residents over $100. Here it's only $25. I like how parking got cheaper as well. I appreciate the fact that they don't include internet with your fees because the buildings internet wasn't too reliable. Overall, this place has improved a lot since I moved in. I recommend moving here, but always do your research. Take a tour, get to know the leasing agents, and don't be afraid to meet other residents as well as myself. God bless. Edit: Never thought I'd say this but the place is getting trashed now that there are new residents. It's hard to keep anything clean since there is only one maintenance guy /: The carpet, the trash chutes, the elevator, and now belongings are being stolen. The head manager doesn't do much to keep the place clean. She can be a bit rude and I'm afraid to talk to her about anything. Ellis however is amazing, but I understand that she doesn't have much control when it comes to cleanliness. Update: I am very disappointed with being treated unfairly recently. I am always bringing up issues that I see but yet they are still there. However, when others complain, there is action taken. I understand that I have made some mistakes, but I have have also mentioned the same activity from others and nothing happens. Being told to stfu and banging on the wall from other units doesn't give them the right. I really wanted to speak to my neighbors one to one, but theres no point of that now.

I love this place!! ive lived in a few apartments and none have been as responsive and helpful as Alloy. (shoutout ellis at the front desk). The location is also hard to beat. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city. Only real complaints are sometimes automated doors are wonky and the coffee machine in the lobby is unreliable.
