⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience living at The Lorimer. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. The amenities are great, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is perfect for students and anyone wanting to be close to everything in Denton. One of the biggest reasons my experience has been so positive is Megan Tamberello. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Megan genuinely cares about residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so friendly and attentive, and she made living here even better. I would definitely recommend The Lorimer to anyone looking for a great place to live in Denton!

I got a tour by Megan and she made the entire experience so enjoyable! She gave me the needed information to make my ultimate choice for the apartment I wanted! She was incredibly friendly and informative. If you have a tour scheduled, try to get her!

I’ve had a really positive experience here, and a huge reason why is Monty. From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and wants people to feel comfortable here. The property itself is nice, clean, and has great amenities, but Monty’s customer service is what truly stands out. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, patient, and dedicated to helping others. He consistently went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Because of Monty, this has easily been a 5-star experience. Highly recommend asking for him!

I couldn’t recommend the Lorimer enough. Between the amazing amenities, to the hospitable employees, my time here has been so worthwhile. As an exchange student, the Lorimer has helped me feel at home. All staff are so incredibly friendly, but Megan has gone above and beyond since my very first day to make sure I’m settled. She has been so welcoming, on and off shift, and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she’s done.

This was the best apartment that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is amazing. They’re so helpful and kind everyone I go In. They also know the residents by name. This is the perfect apartment for a student going to UNT or TWU to stay at!
