I had an amazing tour at The Leonard with Jasmine. She was so kind, welcoming, and had such great energy. She was incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process, which made my decision on where I wanted to stay so much easier. Not only did the apartments themselves sell me, but Jasmine’s amazing personality and customer service did as well!

DONT NOT RENT HERE! This is the nightmare apartment. Roaches everywhere, UNEXPECTED fees up to 200 and month. The front desk is ran by students 18+ and the managers don’t stay more then 6 months so having to get things resolved is a constant fight. My car got broken into by homeless people, someone ring camera caught everything I reported it and nothing was done. They don’t keep the club house door locked so there was always homeless people on the couch in the coffee area. I felt so unsafe. I tried to turn in my keys at 1pm and it was a 200 fee that there was no email about. in the tour it looks nice, but having big pest issue is a no no. The roaches were so bad when I first moved in and I’ve had pest control on speed dial, But it got better over time. RUN DONT WALK. They will offer you 2 months free and rent is cheep but it’s ghetto. They don’t communicate no fees. For if base rent is 760 you will be paying close to 900-1,000 a month. And the rooms are so small.

Decent place for the price, the gym is solid and the neighbors have been friendly, so I haven't had any issues there. However, the property could improve its upkeep. The stairwells are covered in grime and dirt and could benefit from an annual power washing. Personally, I'd rather see some of the money spent on the frequent clubhouse events going toward maintaining things like that. When I moved in, my unit had not been cleaned thoroughly. The toilet seat paint was chipping, the sink had rust, and I had to clean the carpet myself because of the odor. There have also been a few pest issues, so that's something future residents should be aware of. That one maintenance guy with the ginger beard is awesome and funny!

The customer service is terrible. The leather chair and sofa were already there when I moved in, but they were made of cheap material that started peeling on its own after a while, looking very unsightly. I called the office repeatedly to ask for replacements; they kept saying "okay" but never actually did anything. I ended up having to buy a large piece of fabric from Amazon to cover them so I could sit comfortably. Then, when I moved out, they charged me $584.50 for the sofa and $119.95 for the chair. I am extremely frustrated with the way this apartment complex operates and would never recommend it to anyone.

My best friend lived here for three years. Genuinely don’t understand how she did it, she recently just got towed from her own apartment and she had to WALK to the towing place to get her car and pay a huge fine for it. In the same year she got kicked out of her apartment 3 days notice because they were going to start construction in front of her unit. Don’t recommend this place.
