I've had a great experience living at NTX Denton. The community is well-maintained , the amenities are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to everything around Denton. A special shoutout to Property Manager Aleah. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. It's clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure the community runs smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication make a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend NTX Denton to anyone looking for a great place to live. The management team, especially Aleah, really goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-managed property.

Best housing experience I’ve had in Denton! The pool area is awesome, and I’m always in the clubhouse or the gym. It’s actually a great setup and way more convenient than trekking to the rec center on campus. ​Huge shoutout to Aleah. She made my move-in seamless and is always super helpful whenever I have a question. Definitely check it out!

I recently toured NTX and had a really great experience. The staff, especially Payton, was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The property looked clean and well maintained, and I liked that the apartments are fully furnished with private bedrooms and bathrooms. It also being on the UNT bus route is a huge plus. Definitely one of the top places I am considering.

Great place to live since it is easy to access anything throughout Denton! The apartments are fully furnished and very well kept. The pool and clubhouse are so nice. Aleah is super friendly and makes sure all your needs are fully addressed!

If you’re a college student looking for a apartment complex to live that’s student living I do not recommend NTX whatsoever for your place to live it’s 100% not worth the time nor the money $1,500 for a one bedroom apartment?!?! That’s absolutely a absurd amount to charge for student housing then if you decide to live with roommates who you don’t get to pick nor meet until you sign your lease and move in which is $700 to $800 a month still a absolute waste of money the walls are so cheaply made and are thin so if you have roommates you can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring bedrooms through the walls it is not worth your money also the train that’s runs on the tracks literally in front of NTX at all hours of the day and night if you like to sleep at night and not be awaken by the train running then that’s another reason to choose another place to live how was NTX even permitted to built apartments so close to the train tracks is beyond me run far away from NTX apartments there is plenty of apartments in the city of Denton that you can choose from please don’t make NTX apartments even a choice in your decision making you will thank me later
