I never leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others about my experience living here. The biggest issue has been ongoing safety concerns. There have been repeated situations that have made me feel unsafe in my own home, and despite bringing these issues to management multiple times, nothing meaningful has been done to fix them. When you pay to live somewhere, basic safety should be the bare minimum. Because of these ongoing concerns, I have even asked to be released from my lease, which says a lot about how serious the situation has become. Instead of working toward solutions or taking accountability, management continues to make excuse after excuse and deflect responsibility. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and ownership. Rather than acknowledging residents’ concerns and working to resolve them, communication feels dismissive and unhelpful. It gives the impression that resident safety is not being treated as a priority. A home should feel safe and supported. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I strongly encourage anyone considering moving in to take these concerns seriously and do thorough research before signing a lease. I sincerely hope the property improves and begins taking resident safety and accountability more seriously.

I recently toured NTX and had a really great experience. The staff, especially Payton, was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. The property looked clean and well maintained, and I liked that the apartments are fully furnished with private bedrooms and bathrooms. It also being on the UNT bus route is a huge plus. Definitely one of the top places I am considering.

Great place to live since it is easy to access anything throughout Denton! The apartments are fully furnished and very well kept. The pool and clubhouse are so nice. Aleah is super friendly and makes sure all your needs are fully addressed!

Best housing experience I’ve had in Denton! The pool area is awesome, and I’m always in the clubhouse or the gym. It’s actually a great setup and way more convenient than trekking to the rec center on campus. ​Huge shoutout to Aleah. She made my move-in seamless and is always super helpful whenever I have a question. Definitely check it out!

I've had a great experience living at NTX Denton. The community is well-maintained , the amenities are always clean, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to everything around Denton. A special shoutout to Property Manager Aleah. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. It's clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure the community runs smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication make a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend NTX Denton to anyone looking for a great place to live. The management team, especially Aleah, really goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-managed property.
