Canopy at South Lakes, denton-tx

My move in date was July 25 and was stated to be apartment ready and wasn’t.. the pictures are a clear indication of that. I have way more pictures I should be showing but that will be too much to show. With them fixing their mistakes cause my plans to be delayed such as setting up my internet and furniture as well finding some where to stay until it’s apartment ready. this entire process of this made me not even want to stay anymore because I feel my patience is being tested , hopefully this review is a confirmation for them to step it up.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community, especially with the new management team. You can really see that they’re putting effort into improving the property. The fresh painting, newly marked parking lines, and the other ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects have made the community look much cleaner and more organized. A special thanks to Jasmine for being professional, friendly, and responsive. She genuinely cares about the residents and has been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s great to see management actively working to make the community a better place to live. I’m excited to see the improvements continue and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to call home!

Previous owners were very neglectful, but lots of great improvements are being made to the property. However, this is a very POT FRIENDLY property. If you do not enjoy the almost constant odor, or breathing it in causes headaches or other negative impacts on your health, this isn't the property for you.
