Very nice property, we take care of their landscaping and the staff is always doing resident events and are very kind. Quiet area with lots of natural shade and trees!

If i could write a zero star review i would. the lack of cameras around the complex and lack of urgency to fix issues to keep this complex safe makes this apartment complex one of the worst i have ever seen. ive seen complexes in a far worse state with up to date security. not only has it been nearly a month since the entrance gate has been broke (this plays into the entirety of this review), they havent taken any initiative to fix it to keep this complex from being compromised from outsiders that arent residents. To touch on the gate. The gate has been broken for nearly a month, so anyone can come in without needing the app thats required to enter in the first place. This matters because some idiot who though they could get away with stealing, entered the complex with ease (gate wide open not touched, and probably scoped out the area to try and find the best time to try and pull off this heist) and rolled off with my bike and tried to drill completely through the ignition to try and successfully steal my bike. (thankfully there was someone outside that saw it and called the cops). If you want a welcoming, safe, at home feeling apartment, do NOT even consider this place as the one.

your child is in genuine danger if they live here. i had a roommate who admitted to the building manager, Monica, she was a violent alcoholic, after second roommate and I had to call the police on her several times due to her throwing things while drunk, and Monica refused to let us move. She said at least our roommate was throwing things instead of hitting us, so she said there was no need for us to move out. We had police reports along with video recording from cameras of what she was doing, and despite police having to remove this individual from the apartment SEVERAL TIMES, Monica kept taking her side and told us to stop being dramatic. She wouldnt even let us transfer to a different unit when we begged and pleaded, evidence in hand. So this is a warning. If you get unlucky and have to deal with someone like this, Monica does not care about your safety. Thank god I found someone to take over my lease so was able to move out, but it took an entire year. I will say all the agents and receptionists were very kind and sympathized with my roommate and I incredibly hard. They even apologized for everything when we turned in our keys to move out. Also, despite sending over our police reports, everytime we asked about them apparently Monica "never received them" and asked us to resend them. She dragged this out for an entire year. Not to mention when I moved out they charged me a carpet cleaning fee despite my room having a hardwood floor. And when I brought this up to them they needed me to "prove it"... As if they're not aware of the layouts of their own units? I did send them a picture of the hardwood floors and they removed the charge. But if I hadnt read the move out invoice, I would've been out $40. Here's some photos I can share. One is the building owner telling ME to contact the internet provider when it was out for a few days instead of doing it herself, and an example of Monica's evasive tactics. I will be looking into my options on how to move forward with this as I have evidence for everything and would love to speak with Monica supervisors if they see this and give me a chance. Thank you!

Hmmm I wonder why a huge chunk of 5 star reviews came around the same time 🤔 wonder if people were given things for writing good reviews 🤔 Takes anywhere between 5 days to a whole year for management to do anything you NEED. A lot of times I’m straight up ignored. Asked them or replace my kitchen light and it was “replaced” twice but was the same bulb lol (this was after a year of trying to get them to replace it). Also, ROACHES! Roaches have been all over the property for the last few months and most of their “efforts” have been calling Orkin for specific units rather than to check entire buildings. They just like to cut corners. Not to mention that I’ve been complaining about these roaches for months and they’ve only called the Orkin guy to my unit once. Also don’t fall for the “gated” stuff as the gates are usually left wide open or don’t even work. They seem to put more effort into random clubhouse events than actually doing anything for residents. Cigarette butts, trash, dog poop, etc. are left all over the property as well. Will NOT be re-leasing. TLDR; Roaches, trash, questionable management Edit: Monica was rude and met my request for no shoes in my home with an attitude and refused to enter my unit. Get some shoe covers or something 🤷‍♂️. I’ve had one issue with maintenance (the aforementioned kitchen light), however since then they’ve been super helpful and respectful. If you need anything done here, trust no one except the maintenance guy Roger (and his assistant that I don’t know the name of).

Living here has been such a great experience so far. The Arbors of Denton is clean, quiet, and really well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the front office staff. They’re always friendly and willing to help with anything I need. Don, in particular, goes above and beyond every single time. She’s welcoming, patient, and incredibly attentive—whether I'm picking up packages or asking about maintenance requests, she always makes sure everything gets handled quickly. I genuinely feel cared for as a resident, and that’s all thanks to the amazing team here.
