My child lived there for 2 years while attending UNT. $900 a month for a decent apartment. They said they would have social activities, mixers, etc. That didn't happen. Furniture was dirty and stained. Pool was closed most of the time. Maintenance was slow. When we first moved in my child, we had to clean the apartment. Pictures attached. Like I said, as a parent, it's average. Nothing special.

I wanted to take time to really thank the Staff here at 14 Fifty-One. My Daughter has been living here for a while now, and the peace of mind this place gives is absolutely priceless! From the Manager to the Leasing staff they are a great team. I can really feel that they Truly care about the students and their well being. The property is always clean and maintained really well. Everytime I visit my Daughter it feels really safe. I highly recommend 14 Fifty-One for your Student!

We have worked with 14 Fifty One as a vendor since before the property even opened, and our experience has been consistently excellent. It is a beautiful community that is clearly well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. The office and maintenance teams are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. They take pride in handling every situation professionally and efficiently, which makes collaboration seamless. By far the #1 best student housing apartments in Denton. The utilities are included with a $30 cap on electricity (I NEVER had to pay extra), the maintenance people are quick and reliable (at all times, I locked myself out at 3am and they responded instantly), the office is full of friendly staff, the pool is always kept clean and maintained, I never experienced issues with the internet service, the in-unit washer and dryer was really convenient, and the apartment is modern and spacious. It is also conveniently located on the shuttle route for UNT. My room had a built in desk, a walk in closet, a private bathroom, and it was furnished…what more can you ask for? It was painful for me to move out after I graduated from UNT because I loved living here so much. The price of rent here is definitely lower than most competitors. You cannot go wrong leasing from here, it was a fantastic college experience for me and I’m glad I found a place like this for a really great price.

We toured not too long ago and found that the office staff was very welcoming. Alex made us feel at home before we even saw the apartment. It was a fun, relaxed environment compared to all the other properties we visited. The model was exceptional, but my daughter was most impressed with the balcony and the pool. We were excited to learn that they have get togethers every month so my daughter will be able to meet her fellow students. As a parent, I feel they offer comfort, and affordability. I think it's going to be a great fit for her.
