Eco Park Apartments, dekalb-il

Lived here for 2.5 years and really can't say enough great things about them. The leasing office staff is always very clear and quick with communication, accomodating with lease changes, and always seemed to genuinely care about me as a person. Maintainence was absolutely always quick to respond to any requests and they were always courteous (even toward my kitties!). While the units themselves are a bit dated, they are spacious, cozy, and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend renting here in a heartbeat.

I lived in this complex for 4 semesters and have absolutely no complaints. It’s safe, well kept, quiet, and friendly! The landlords are wonderful and work very hard to keep this complex looking clean, and are very reliable with any help you need. It’s close enough to campus to feel involved but far enough away from the hustle of NIU.

My wife and I went on a tour yesterday and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Britney is great! Professional and you can really tell she cares about how we feel. She also answered every question we had. We look forward to applying for the apartment!

We recently completed a paving project for Eco Park Apartments, and it was a smooth and efficient process thanks to the outstanding coordination from their office manager, Jessica. She was proactive, organized, and ensured the parking lot was cleared of all vehicles in a timely manner, allowing us to stay on schedule. Her communication and attention to detail made the job much easier for our crew. We truly appreciated the partnership and would be happy to work with her and Eco Park again in the future.

My wife and I have been here now for 3 years and have just renewed for a 4th. We have appreciated the stability of all the staff. Brittany and Jessica in the office are very nice and easy to talk to. They will help you with any problem you can have and they have great memories for all the people they deal with. Brittany always asks me how my wife is doing when she sees me and little things like that mean a lot to us. The maintenance team are also a bunch of nice people. If we ever have a major problem they get to it right away, and if it's a minor problem we have never had to wait an excruciating amount of time. They always get to it in a couple days and are good at explaining what's going on and how to prevent the problem going forward. I believe with these crazy times that it's a good amount of space for the price you pay. We are happy with the room we have and we have a lot of things. It's a great place to live for a first apartment or for couples who are looking for a nice place while saving for a house. We have had a great experience and would recommend these apartments to anyone.
