I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. What really sets this community apart is the incredible leasing and management team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Jared is the best.

Had a great experience at Ten60! The amenities are top notch and the staff were great to talk to! Caleb and Jared were extremely helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Would totally recommend these apartments for anyone looking in the Daytona area.

Ten60 Halifax has some of the best amenities you’ll find in Daytona student housing. The gym, study spaces, and pool area are all brand-new and super clean, and having a private bedroom and bathroom is a huge plus. Great modern option for ERAU students looking for comfort and convenience.

Overall my experience at Ten 60 has been nothing short of amazing. It is always super clean and the staff is the best. Caleb and Jared are always friendly and willing to help with whatever you might need. It is obvious they care about their residents well beings and want them to have the best experience. Would definitely recommend Ten 60 to anyone needing housing in Daytona!!

I've lived here at Ten60 since August, so I think I am able to give an adequate assessment of the apartment complex now. The staff are wonderful to work with. It's student housing, so most of the front desk folks are also students - student employees. I often see them around campus. There's regular events for residents, often including free food. Their service is impeccable, always understanding and helping to the degree process. The amenities are decent. Not having to pay for garbage disposal or sewage is very nice, however the only trash compactor is a fair walk from Building 100 and Building 200. Parking is abundant, though you may need to park away from your building if you're in one of the more tightly packed buildings. Not really a problem over by 100 or 200. The clubhouse is very nice, with abundant study spaces, a complimentary coffee machine, a well stocked vending machine, and ample social spaces. The pool is also nice, although I do wish it was a little bit deeper and had swimming lanes, but the pool deck is a great place to relax. The speakeasy is a nice space that you can book in advance for special events, or just go to hang out. It is behind a "secret door", so it has a private, nook feel to it. HOWEVER, the WIFI situation is a major issue. They provide WiFi complimentary and it is usually quite reasonable, however Pavlov Media - the provider - is notoriously unreliable. Their review on YELP definitely correlates to this. Expect intermittent outages, which can be a major issue during exam season. It can often take awhile for the WiFi to be fixed, too, leading to stints as long as a week without WiFi. And because it's provided, you can't get your own provider to make up for the loss. Furthermore, despite the failure to provide this service, the most compensation they have given us for the wifi outages - a major inconvenience for college students - was a half of a Jimmy Johns sandwich. Furthermore, my Ethernet port has been inoperative since I moved in, despite multiple calls to Pavlov requesting repair. I honestly don't know what to do at this point to get it fixed, other than perhaps doing the maintenance on my own. The apartments are nice and modern, but do have the distinct impression that they were built quickly and cheaply - which they were. The walls are thin and it is easy to hear everything your roommates and next door neighbors are doing often. Talking loudly? You'll hear it. The guy next door blasting loud music in his bedroom? You ain't getting any sleep that night! The sink was scratched badly, some minor damage to the walls when we arrived, and the circuit breakers/wiring is an absolute nightmare. We've had regular circuit breaker trips, including over winter break while we were travelling, leading to major food spoilage and very nasty clean-ups. No consideration or compensation from the management team for that, either. The furniture they provide is overall nice, though you will probably need to bring some of your own, like shelving, a desk (if you don't like the one provided), lamps, etc. The standalone chairs they have in the living room are downright uncomfortable (the couch is nice) and the office chairs will break your tailbone if you sit in them long enough. There's some evidence of shoddy workmanship on the counters and lighting panels too. It's nice to have a new place, but do be aware of what you get from mass-student housing. The resident portal is an easy, convenient way to access everything, and it's nice that utilities are billed to each student in the apartment separately. However be aware at the amount of ancillary fees associated with things like paying your rent ($2 each payment), your utilities (another $6), etc. You can pay rent with a credit card, but expect to shell out $40-$50 in processing fees. They also badger me MULTIPLE times a month about their flex-pay option. I really don't care, and I really don't want to use that. I wish I could turn off that notification specifically. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and did choose to renew.
