We couldn't be happier with our son's lease process. From the very first visit back in October, we knew this would be his new home away from home. Our leasing professional agent (Tamara Tennant) was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond to answer all our questions, walked us through everything, and accommodated our schedule so our son will be able to get settled before his school program starts. She made the process as easy as possible. Tamara truly made what can be a hectic time feel seamless and welcoming. I highly recommend this community and especially this wonderful leasing team! I’m a student at ERAU, and I have to say Eagle Landing is an excellent choice for anyone studying here, whether you have a car or not. The main reason I decided to live here was its location—it’s really close to the university (about 1 km or 0.6 miles). Walking takes around 20 minutes, which can feel long, but the school provides a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making it very easy to get back and forth. The shared spaces like the pool, game room, study room, and gym are all much better than I expected when I first moved in (There is also a table tennis table, and basketball courts). The apartments themselves are in good condition. I chose a four-person shared unit and I’m very happy with it. A nice perk is that many students leave household items behind when they move out, so when you arrive the apartment is already equipped with almost everything you need, but there are still some stuff to buy. Finally, the staff has been great. Lina helped me with the move-in process, and she was really friendly and made everything smooth and simple. She even asks me sometimes if everything is ok, which is very helpful. Overall, I’m very happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to other ERAU students.

Nice community mostly consisting of students especially from ERAU. It is just a 15-20 min walk and 7-12 min bike to Riddle. Talking about the Apartments, they come fully furnished. They have 2 swimming pools, study centers and other sports facilities. However the rent here is pretty expensive and the water here is also not clean even if you boil it. People having fixed low budget are not recommended this place. There is cemetery and garbage duming area right next to the community but that is not an issue.

As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing our son is living in such a safe and welcoming community at Eagle Landing. Arianna, our leasing agent, was particularly wonderful—so responsive, personable, and helpful throughout the whole transition. She went above and beyond for us. The amenities are great (gym, pool, and frequent shuttles to Embry-Riddle), and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The staff even makes daily rounds around the complex, adding an extra layer of security and comfort. Our son settled in easily and loves being part of the community. We’re very grateful to have found Eagle Landing—it’s truly a great place to live!

I have been living in this apartment complex for more than 1 year now. Room is cozy, property is nicely maintained, and most importantly, it’s the closest apartment to Embry Riddle so you can walk to school if you are a student.
