If you are looking for a great place to live, I can’t recommend Aero Apartments enough. The property itself is always clean and incredibly well-kept. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The community director is amazing and goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests. Whenever I need maintenance, they respond almost immediately and genuinely care about ensuring we are satisfied with the fix. It’s a wonderful community!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The management team is top-notch Madison is incredibly welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Whenever a maintenance issue pops up, Anthony is on it immediately. He's friendly and genuinely cares about fixing things the right way the first time. Highly recommend this community!

Haven't had hot water in my building for almost two weeks and the only "compensation" offered is a communal shower in the demo apartment which requires messaging the maintenance person to lead us too and unlock the door. Fluctuating water temperature has been a requiring issue for the two years I've lived here.

5 stars! Madison, the Community Director, is professional and keeps everything running perfectly. I recently had a water leak, and Anthony from maintenance handled it immediately. It’s a relief to live somewhere with such a responsive and caring team!

Great place to live! The management team is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Clean, well-kept community would definitely recommend to anyone looking in Davis!
