Adobe At Evergreen Apartments, davis-ca

I absolutely LOVE living at Adobe for so many reasons. When I moved back in 2024, I didn’t know hardly anyone and felt pretty nervous about being in a new city so far away from home/where I grew up. However, the staff at Adobe is so warm and welcoming and helpful and I instantly felt right at home. I want to especially shoutout Angel — one of the front desk staff — who went above and beyond in providing the most detailed, thoughtful, and personalized support for literally any issue. When I approached her about restarting the community garden, she was so wonderful and eager to help and actually made it happen. Now the garden has carrots growing as well as some native plants and herbs! This was so impactful for me and I’m so grateful for Angel and Adobe for listening to their residents and really working hard to make everyone feel safe, happy, and excited about living at Adobe. She also made sure to respond promptly and kindly to any inquiries about pests (the occasional ant — I haven’t had any other bug issues) and any concerns I might’ve had. Angel is the BEST and her warmth and positivity really exemplify what sets Adobe apart from other apartments in the area. I also loveee the maintenance team (Steve and Ron) for similar reasons — they are fast, kind, and clearly care so deeply for the residents living here not just as “renters” but as full people. It’s really such a great team, and I am so happy living here! Thank you Angel, Steve, Ron, and the rest of the Adobe staff for all you do — as a resident it really makes an impact. The rent is high (as most places in the area are) but the quality of care and the management here is unlike any other apartment I’ve lived at before. Thank you!

I moved in this February and absolutely love my apartment. This is by the far the best apartments I have lived in. I love that each room has its own bathroom and is super spacious. We love that they each have their own mini fridge and microwave in their rooms. The pool area feels like a resort with the lounge chairs and tables. The gym is great to have, we don't have to pay for a gym membership anymore! The staff is always so helpful and fast when I need anything. Great place to live.

I absolutely love my apartment and community! The amenities here are amazing. I frequently use the gym and the study lounge, both of which are incredibly convenient. The study lounge even provides free coffee and color printing services—such a thoughtful touch! What makes this community even better are the various events organized throughout the year. They not only allow me to experience American holidays but also give me the opportunity to connect with other residents. During midterms and finals, the management provides special treats and meals, which truly warms my heart. Oh! The weekly Friday cookies are an absolute must-mention! They’re my little sweet indulgence, the perfect treat to wrap up my week. But what I love most about this community is the incredibly friendly management team. They always greet me with warmth and kindness, making this place feel like a home full of genuine warmth and care.

I lived in Davis for 3-4 years, staying only at Adobe apartment, and I was extremely satisfied. I lived on the second floor, and there were no bugs at all. The internet was very fast, and above all, the office staff were incredibly kind and efficient in handling matters. Whenever a problem arose, they would resolve it immediately on the same day, and they were kind and helpful even with small issues. There are grocery stores nearby, and bus stops are right next to the building, making it convenient to go to school. Thanks to all this, I had a wonderful time living in Davis.

I’ve lived at Adobe for the past 6 years and it’s one of the best apartments I’ve rented in Davis. The rooms are super spacious and every room has their own bathroom & mini fridge. There’s a beautiful pool area, nice & quiet study room, and a nice gym with dumbbells & everything. The management, leasing team, and maintenance team are also very helpful, responsive & kind! I love living here :)
