DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS LEASE FROM HERE. This has been the worst, most exhausting 2 years at this apartment complex. Lack of communication, never correcting contact information, not there during posted hours to handle anything, maintenance never fixing issues or saying "its fine" while watching the washing machine run and slam itself out of the doorway and having to constantly be put back in place, mold growing on the baseboards and furniture, as well as the apartment flooding from the sprinkler system and kids being displaced for months with no communication on time line of when it would be fixed. I heard from many of the other college age kids and their parents who have had a positive experience at apartment complexes close by so I would do some research and choose one of those instead. I see that there has been a response which does not apply to my son. I personally went with my own vehicle the day after the flood and picked up his personal belongings and stored them at my home and the remaining went to his girlfriends and the trunk of his car. If a storage building and help with move out with a truck and trailer was supplied then it was not relevant in my review as it did not apply to my child. And as far as the communications go, we have gone through his email several times and he does not have any email communications and has said over the last two years he has tried to get his email address changed to the correct one because emails keep getting sent to an incorrect email address, so documenting that he has opened emails is also irrelevant because they're not getting sent to the correct email address. Documentation of communications is great because it will show that they've continued go to an email that isn't his and he can't log into. Which he has tried rectifying. I was also told yesterday on the phone that there were never any work. Orders for his apartment specifically. But I went through documentation that I found that shows there have been several work orders for that apartment. Put our conversation yesterday over the phone. I think you're mistaking my son for someone else. And I can appreciate that those things may have been something you did for someone else, but none of that applies to our experience or situation.

My husband had charges upon move out, but never received a move out statement via mail or email from management even after requesting one several times to settle the account. Instead, it was sent to collections and is now reflected as rental debt on his credit report. The office refuses to get back in touch with him, even after making it clear that he wanted to pay the debt. We are going to speak with the collections agency and provide our proof that this statement was never delivered to him to have it deleted from his report, but shame on management for this. Communication is not existent and Debbie is the worst ever. This industry is not for her as customer service is lacking.

My biggest complaint is the lack of visitor parking. If you have friends who want to park at the Summit, they have to park in other apartments’ visitor parking or literally on the side of the road. Aside from this, the rooms are alright and a good value for the price.

Living at Summit was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The management AKA Debbie is unbelievably rude and completely useless. She doesn’t care about tenants at all and treats you like you’re a problem for daring to ask for help. Our apartment flooded twice, and of course i had to live in my apartment with holes in my ceiling and no carpet for several weeks with little help from them. Then, after all that, they hit us with a made-up “cleaning fee” when we moved out of $62 for all four of us, and then refused to explain what it was for or provide any evidence, and basically scammed us out of money. They also WILL walk into your apartment whenever they feel like it — no notice, no respect for privacy.I never write reviews, but this place was such a nightmare that I had to warn others. Don’t waste your time or money on Summit. If you do end up living here make sure you document absolutely everything.

I did not enjoy staying here. It was hard to ever get in contact with the front office when I needed to speak with someone. I tried to turn in my move-in packet and they told me to wait, then towed my car shortly after because they forgot to tell me to bring my packet in. They ended up paying for the tow, but it was a huge hassle. They also charged me a $140 fee when moving out for repainting. Expect to be nickel and dimed. They also would send out messages in the winter and spring telling us they would fine us if we had our windows open. Some of the days they sent that the weather was nice, so that was irritating. I would not rent here again.
