The Harbour at Orange Coast College, costa-mesa-cal

I just moved in yesterday, and the post is well overdue!! The unit is absolutely amazing, and I’m already loving it!!! The facility is stunning as a whole! Unfortunately, I have yet to meet people due to moving before an accelerated winter term (not a traditional semester); the staff are extremely kind, and were kind enough to walk me through pretty much every question (which I had a lot as I’ve never done a lease of any kind before, let alone get one co-signed). Move-in went very smoothly, and it is not only right next to the OCC campus, but there’s shops surrounding it on both Fairview and Harbor Blvd. I have yet to go and meet people and explore the area (was exhausted after moving in, which is pretty normal regardless of the location). I would highly recommend looking into this place for any Orange Coast College student (especially ones who are from anywhere 30+ minutes away like I am)!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Harbour at OCC. The location is very convenient for students attending Orange Coast College, and the community is welcoming and supportive. The staff and RAs are helpful and responsive whenever residents need assistance. The property is well maintained, and there are many opportunities to meet people and participate in community events. Overall, it’s a comfortable and friendly place for students to live.

A stand-up leasing manager who changed my mind completely When my daughter started looking into OCC, the reviews for The Harbour made me uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine letting her live there. Then management changed, and I decided to give it another look. I met with Mike, the leasing manager, and he completely turned things around for me. He was transparent and honest, answered every question I had, and walked me through the improvements already made and what’s still planned. As a realtor, I can tell when someone is just telling me what I want to hear, Mike wasn’t doing that. His answers were genuine, and it was very clear he actually cares. He patiently got through my long list of concerns, and he made himself available for follow-up questions. Mike is the reason I’m now comfortable letting my daughter live at The Harbour. Ask for Mike you won’t be disappointed!

Very convenient place to live, right by the school, about 5 minute walk to most of my classes. Mike the lease manager is great, helped me with all of my questions, and helped me out when I needed it. Lots of opportunities to meet new people as well through community events

I had a great experience with The Harbour. The staff has been very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. I especially want to thank Stephanie and Mike for their support and patience. They were always willing to answer my questions, provide guidance, and make the whole experience much smoother. Everything has been good so far except the false alarm, hope that can be improved.
