The Cottages at Corpus Christi, corpus-christi-tx

I went to see The Cottages Apartments in Corpus Christi Texas. Janella gave me a tour and I was very pleased with her service. The Apartments are very spacious and clean. The pool is a big plus for the summer. Also the location is very convenient because it is close to shopping areas, TexasA&M, Hospital and many restaurants. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Genuinely a good place to rent if you are a first time renter or are a student looking for something a little cheaper than student housing. The rate is honestly not that bad. Only downside is you are going to have roommates but thats kinda normal in these types of housing. Maintenance is honestly better than anything you'd get in student housing, of course, it is a cheap apartment and nothing is going to be perfect but if you have a complaint they tend to be pretty quick to address it. Pool is usually clean. Washer dryer situation kinda sucks.

I went by the office at the cottages for information on the property and leasing. Kate greeted me immediately. She was very friendly, patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions and showed me around the property. I was impressed with the cottages and will be signing a lease for my daughter who attends TAMUCC.

Recently I took a apartment tour at the Cottages in Corpus. Janella who was in charge of the tour was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am looking for an apartment for my grandson Marcus who will be attending Texas A&M. The information she provided will be very helpful in deciding which apartment complex he will be living in.
