As an incoming graduate student moving from out of state, I was nervous about signing a lease for a place I hadn't seen in person. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly responsive, kind, and patient with all of my questions. Their willingness to help and their genuine care made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. They helped me from start to finish with all my questions (and there were many) and with filling out all the necessary paperwork. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting one, and I am so grateful for how welcomed they've already made me feel. I can't wait to move in!

I’ve lived at the banks for 6 months now and I’m loving it so far! I love all of the amenities so much especially the pool during summer and hot tub during winter!!! And the banks bus has been so helpful for getting to class and has saved me so much parking/gas money to get to campus!!!! I renewed to live here again next year! I recommend it!

This place is an extortionists dream. Don't bother cleaning the unit when you move out you will get charged $132.00 no matter what. Don't believe me check out the photos. When i helped the daughter move out we deep cleaned the place and moped the floors. The place was spotless and still got charged! I would advise not moving here i would give it zero stars but that is not an option. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Ever since the new management has taken over, I have seen significant improvement! Staff is very responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests have been take care of very quickly. I love the amenities, especially the pool, gym, study rooms, and shuttle. The bus is on a very reliable schedule with multiple stops that get me to my classes on the east, west, and even the UIHC right on time. The drivers are also awesome! I love the community feel, and the fact they do events and little pop ups. The location is great, as it is in walking distance to shops, a grocery store, and I’ve even been able to walk to events at Xtream arena. I feel very safe here, which was an important factor in choosing where to live! My parents think this was an awesome choice when I was looking for housing options and said I most definitely needed to sign my lease for next year! Do yourself a favor and get your unit reserved because while you’re going through this college experience, don’t short yourself on your living situation.

We have had a truly wonderful experience living here. My husband, our dog, and I have called this place home for the past three years. We moved from another country, and from the very first day the team made everything much easier by helping us with all the information and management we needed. That support meant so much during such a big transition. They have always made us feel comfortable in our apartment. They even helped remove some furniture that wasn’t practical or comfortable for us, even though they were not required to do so. Those thoughtful details truly make a difference. The location is excellent, with great nearby restaurants, a pleasant atmosphere, and beautiful open nature surrounding the area. The maintenance team is efficient, professional, and very kind. We especially want to mention Miguel (who is no longer there), Jaime, and Delonte. They always handled requests quickly and with great courtesy. Matt has always been responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. He communicates clearly, is genuinely kind, and shows appreciation for residents. The building amenities are comfortable and accessible. I am especially grateful for the lounge room reservation option, as I am able to host small craft workshops for groups of women in a bright, cozy, and peaceful space. The team also provides extra tables and chairs when needed, and my students truly enjoy the welcoming vibe at The Banks. Overall, our experience has been very positive. This place has truly felt like home.
