Eagles Landing Apartments, cookeville-tn

I picked my son up from Eagles Landing this weekend. He has lived there for 3 years. Even though the faces are different In the office, we were met with nothing but professionalism and kindness. This time has ended In Cookeville but I can say we have nothing but good things to say about Eagles Landing. I would give 5 stars, but no one is perfect!

My place had roaches and was very outdated compared to others of the same price make sure you know which one you are getting. I was also charged for a key I never received from day one. They didn’t have my mail key so I shared my roomates. Then I was charged for losing it upon move out but was never issued one to begin with. I lived there in 2021 and made all of these issues abundantly clear to the office and had pest control come several times for roach control to no avail.

Eagles Landing is a wonderful first apartment. Everything I worried about before finding the right apartment was already thought through and taken care of. The staff is great and easy to reach. The amenities are wonderful. And the units are perfect. All together a great apartment!

Eagles landing overall is a great place to live, the process to resign my lease was quick and easy. The apartments are nice and the rent isn’t bad at all; only thing I wish was better was individual room circulation it’s always burning hot in my room. Besides that everyone here is friendly and attentive!

The staff at EL are extremely friendly and attentive, whenever there is an issue they are willing to do whatever needed to make you feel more than comfortable. The maintenance is also top notch, requests are competed quickly, some requests are even completed the day you create them. Overall, my experience here the past year has been great!
