Aside from the touchy smoke detectors and underwhelming noise insulation, I have no complaints. EDIT: Yeah, don’t even bother trying to use any cooking appliance that isn’t a microwave or maybe an instant pot while inside the apartment. Alarms will be instantly triggered, even if nothing is actually burnt. Shared kitchen is fine though.

The Property Management company and Maintenance personnel do a very good job at taking care of problems as they arise, are very nice, & professional. The only complaints are lack of Disabled Parking and the outside hallways and stairs are really dirty, but those things are by no means a big deal. Overall, we are very pleased and feel we get a good value for the money.

I love it here. I have lived here for almost a year and half. Internet is horrible but I just purchased my own. Everything was brand new when I moved in and I love it. They come and clean the common area and the washers and dryers every so often.

It’s gotten better than what the previous reviews are saying. Wifi is actually really good now and my AC went out and they had it fixed within 2 hours of calling them. Price is a little expensive for studio in Cookeville but all amenities are included and it’s a good location in Cookeville especially for a tech student.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The internet is horrible first of all. Took them 4 weeks to install an extender so I could actually connect to the internet and it still is bare minimum. I suggest buying your own internet service or living somewhere else because they have firewalls and bottleneck the internet to where it's not even worth it. Did I mention they don't have hard line Ethernet or cable? Poorly built and operated housing. The staff and owners have zero clue how to operate real estate and/or housing but since they own most of the properties in Cookeville, it's best you just build your own house, move somewhere else, or attend college elsewhere.
