There is never any guest parking! I pay too much in rent to never be able to have guests over, because the predatory towing companies are just waiting to tow at all hours and then charge both kidneys for towing fees. The parking even for residents is just horrible. I wish I moved somewhere else

I loved everything about living here my last 2 and a half years of college. Really quick commute to campus, and the staff was amazing. Shelli is an angel and will help you no matter what. And Walt is a great maintenance guy (my cat loved him too)!

I have lived here for two years and am moving out at the end of this lease. Pros: •The number one pro is maintenance. They are always ready to help and they’re in and out. My kitchen light went out, so I put in a maintenance request and within 30 minutes they were done replacing my lightbulb. Compared to my girlfriends apartment complex that took about a week to respond to that same issue she had at her place, I’d say Campus Walk did a great job. •Units are beautiful! The day I moved in I was surprised with very nice looking hardwood floors, a spacious living room, a very nice kitchen and a great sized bedroom! I have a queen size bed, a large dresser, and a PC set up that all fit pretty well. My connected bathroom is small compared to the other bathroom, but it does the job. I live on the first floor, but I have a friend in another building here who lives on the third floor and their apartment is ten times better looking than mine! I wish I had his vaulted ceilings. •Management is very polite and understanding. Very communicative and fast responders within a reasonable time frame. In 2 leases I’ve had 3 roommates and management was open to me renting out the second bedroom for myself as well if it remained unassigned. When I complained about the upstairs neighbor keeping their dog on their balcony all day and it peeing and it seeping onto my porch , they responded quick and the issues stopped almost immediately. Nice people! Shoutout to Ryan I think his name was and the younger woman who works at the front office. They were a big help during an incident with police involvement, which brings me to my cons. •Clubhouse and business center are great and pool is pretty nice though I’ve never used it. Pool area has grills, lawn chairs, and little outdoor games that make it fun. Business center is great; it has a computer and printer to use free of charge for anyone that needs it, a little coffee station with a “give back” system where people can donate dry and canned goods for others that need it, as well as free little shipping packages or envelopes for residents. Cons: •The area is a little unsafe. There used to be no security (now there is but I have seen him only once) and the cameras on property do not really help anyone living towards the front of the complex. My apartment was broken into while I was out of town and my car was stolen. The complex across the street experienced a shooting. My front door tends to be pushed open by the wind when it’s unlocked, and the door itself when locked feels very easy to kick in. However, I have seen Horry County PD patrol through here from time to time which is a little reassuring. •Walls are thin. My new upstairs neighbor presumably has a dog and it presumably also likes to play with a 20 pound medicine ball that neglects the force of Earth’s gravity and chooses to bounce as if being acted upon by the Sun’s instead. Also, when my set up was in the closet, I could hear my next door neighbors in a screaming match with noise cancelling headphones on. •Bugs are a big issue! I’m not from South Carolina so to see roaches or Palmetto Bugs or whatever those things are and at the size I’ve seen them instilled a terror that could only be matched by a biblically accurate angel coming to me in my bedroom and telling me to be not afraid. •The back end of buildings, especially my room, don’t have a great view or area to walk in really. I don’t get almost any direct sunlight into my bedroom. Not a big deal. •If it matters to anyone, you do not have to be a student to live here. It is mostly students / college aged people but you might get an older roommate / neighbors. Not that big of a con to me personally. All in all, management and maintenance are great. Amenities and units are pretty nice. Area a little unsafe; wish my car didn’t get stolen. For my first living experience completely away from home, I’d say this place is one I’d recommend. Thank you for a great 2 years!!

I absolutely loved living at Campus Walk!! Shelli and Kelly are so helpful and attentive, they really take the time to get to know each of the tenants! The staff really go above and beyond to accommodate you on any matter you need, Walt who takes care of all the maintenance is always prompt and can handle any job you give him with a smile! Campus Walk is super close to campus, and a quiet relaxing little community. So sad I graduated and have to move home, I highly recommend living here.

After living here for two years, I can definitely recommend W2C. Shelli and the whole team are very accommodating and are always willing to help. The grounds are cleaned regularly and they are very dog friendly which has been great. Amenities are nice (pool, office, dog park). Very happy with our stay at W2C!
