The Edge at Conway, conway-ar

I have stayed at The Edge since August of 2024, and I truly had an experience that I think no one should ever have to go through again. From having roommates who would leave the front door wide open all night or collect dead animals and put them in the shared freezer, to having a broken toilet, washer, and dryer for two months, I have truly seen it all. To be completely transparent, The Edges’ issues do not stem from it being a bad complex; cosmetically, it is a wonderful place to live, and it offers many amenities and the advantage of being within walking distance of the college. The main issues with The Edge have been the nonexistent management structure, where you are given the runaround on any potential issue until it becomes a bigger problem, and you have to contact corporate to get anything done. The living situations the previous management subjected me to, knowing what I was dealing with, led me to have to call the police and file reports to get the office to do anything about the situation. Their solution was to have me move out of the apartment I had already lived in for a year and a half, due to their mistake and negligence, which escalated the situation. In addition to the roommate issues, I’m pretty sure they were hiring whoever they could to do maintenance, I assume with no background checks, leading to my property being stolen by someone employed by the complex. I was ignored, lied to, and truly taken advantage of by the management throughout the entire time I have lived here. Since March of this year, they have been under new management, and since Ms. L’Shelby Price has taken over, I have truly seen a 180 from this place. I wholeheartedly believe that she can be the change that The Edge needs to become a wonderful place to live, but I don’t think it would be fair of me to recommend it as a place to stay without sharing a piece of my experience. I recommend that those considering The Edge gain firsthand experience and give Ms. L’Shelby a chance to further improve this place, as I have already seen it begin to happen. Be wary of the persistent issues in these reviews and don’t let yourself be taken advantage of.

I’ve had the pleasure of residing at The Edge for close to a year. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff at the front are tremendously helpful, respectful, and kind. Every time I come into the front office to pick up a package I’m always greeted by a smiling face. They are currently under new management and Shelby has been a phenomenal asset to the Team! She demonstrates exceptional leadership, extreme professionalism, brings such an high level of poise & grace in high pressure situations and is making a positive impact on her team as well as the complex. She is truly dedicated to enhancing the quality of the property and providing residents at The Edge the BEST experience possible. I look forward to seeing what’s to come!

These apartments are great. The people in the office have been very helpful and so has maintenance. They have fixed any problems I have had just in a couple of days. And the apartments are really nice and affordable.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and the place has really changed for the better! New management is amazing. This is a great place for your new student to live and have easy access to the UCA campus!

Their latest escapade.They raised current residents rent, so they could give a free month and knock a $100 off new arrivals.So basically , I am sharing a room with somebody that is paying a hundred dollars less than I am , and i've been here for 3 years this is building keeps getting passed around between l.C , and l , c , we've had three different management companies just in 6 to 8 months i\nWould not suggest you place your children here for a college experience at u.C a. ALSO, WARNING EXCESSIVE COCKROACH ACTIVITY.IF YOU BRING YOUR THINGS HERE , YOU WILL HAVE THEM FOREVER. The reviews you see are from staff members
