illage Creek Apartments has been a great place to live. The experience here has been nothing but positive. The units have nice, newer appliances, and maintenance stays on top of everything quickly and efficiently. Management is very professional and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The property has a newly redone parking lot and remodeled areas, which makes it feel updated and well kept. It’s also a very quiet and clean community, which I really appreciate. Overall, a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING!! I would not recommend Village Creek Apartments based on my experience. There have been ongoing maintenance, management, and property issues that have made living here extremely frustrating and disappointing. There were multiple maintenance problems that were either never properly addressed or took an unreasonable amount of time to resolve. These included cracks in the foundation, a rotten/damaged floorboard underneath the refrigerator that I discovered after moving it, ongoing pest problems, and appliances that were not properly functioning. At one point, only one stove top was working, and despite being told the other burners would be repaired, the problem was not properly resolved. The pest situation was also frustrating. Pest control was only being performed periodically, despite residents continuing to experience problems with bugs. Since the property changed ownership/management, there have also been significant changes that have increased residents’ costs. Rent prices were raised, and a new $1,000 termination fee was implemented when the previous fee had been considerably lower. A new trash service was also introduced that charges approximately $45 to have residents’ trash moved, while the property’s trash cans were moved extremely far away. In my experience, residents had to walk over 1,000 feet to dispose of their trash. Management has also been extremely strict and, in my experience, unreasonable about certain issues. For example, I was threatened with a $100 fine after a plastic bag blew onto the property, despite it not being something I intentionally left there. One of the biggest reasons I am reposting this review is because my previous review was deleted. I had taken the time to document my experience and uploaded pictures showing the issues I was describing, yet the review and the pictures were removed. I find that extremely concerning because prospective tenants should be able to see what residents are actually experiencing instead of relying solely on the property’s presentation. I also feel that management has not always been transparent with tenants about changes, fees, and property conditions. From my experience, there is a significant difference between how certain things are presented to tenants and what residents actually experience while living here. If you are considering renting at Village Creek, I strongly recommend doing your own research, speaking with current and former residents, carefully reviewing your lease and all fees, and documenting any maintenance issues with photographs and written requests. I am reposting this because I believe prospective tenants deserve access to honest resident experiences — including the documented issues I previously posted pictures.

We absolutely loved living here! Kiona and Megan are awesome and it’s a very nice and affordable community, highly recommend!

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in hands down! From the care of the office managers to the quality of their services. They really take pride in the job and their residents. They DON’T play about us. The apartment complex is VERY quiet. If you’re thinking about it, do it! I love my two bdrm, also very spacious for me.
