The apartments are incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and consistently clean, which truly makes them feel like home. The entire community is welcoming, and the front desk staff is always kind, professional, and ready to help with any questions or needs. I especially want to recognize Ruthie, who went above and beyond in assisting me throughout the leasing application process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her support and attention to detail made such a positive difference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Would give no stars if I could. This place is horrible. Management and staff are rude. They charge you for everything and apartments are below average. They have so many hidden fees and will charge you for a million things they make up when you move out. Wilson Place on high street is way better quality. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Ruthie was so incredibly helpful when giving me a tour! She answered all of my questions and was so sweet. She was very knowledgable about the property as well. I also spoke with Olivia multiple times while dealing with my application and she was also very helpful and patient. Great team!

If you want to experience the worst apartment, this is definitely the place. When you move in, you won’t find a fresh and clean unit. Instead, you’ll walk into a dirty apartment that hasn’t been cleaned, sometimes even with belongings left from the previous tenant. The washer will never be fixed, the range hood is never cleaned, and even if you submit maintenance requests, they will likely go unresolved. Even worse, the internet here goes out frequently. I was in the middle of an online class when it suddenly cut off—and once it’s down, it can take two or three days before it comes back. They claim to provide “high-speed internet,” but it’s worse than campus Wi-Fi. You can’t break your lease, and nobody wants to take over your sublease because the price-to-value is terrible. At night, it’s extremely noisy. Whether you live near High Street or inside the courtyard, there are always people yelling and partying late into the night. With such expensive rent and such terrible management, this place is absolutely not worth it. As someone who has lived here, I sincerely advise you: do NOT choose this apartment.

I never write reviews but seriously the two years I lived here were insane. Between the lack of communication, the change in management and the overall way this apartment complex runs their business was miserable. From having a man run naked through the halls to losing our move in form and proceeding to make us pay for damage that existed in the apartment when we moved in. Woukd recommend you find somewhere else to live.
