Lumen on Ninth, columbus-oh

The move in experience was outstanding. Easily the least stressful college move in we have experienced. We pulled our SUV in, and a team of movers took care of every single item and brought it to my daughter's room. The staff even had food and drinks for everyone on move in. The facility seems very safe you need a tag to get in after hours. There was one small needed repair in the apartment. They have an app that you open a ticket and you get text updates. The Issue was repaired in very timely manner, with text updates provided, with no further action on our part. Very satisfied with Lumen on Ninth.

The maintenance team here is absolutely amazing! Anytime we had an issue in our unit, William responded quickly and got it taken care of right away. He is incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. My sister and I always enjoy seeing the maintenance staff around because they are some of the kindest people. We truly appreciate all of their hard work!

I have loved living at Lumen! The amenities and team make the place what it is. Specifically, one of the team members, Kassidy, has always been super helpful with her willingness to help and she has made my time living here much better.

It’s rare to find someone at the front desk who balances efficiency and genuine care so well, and Kassidy does it effortlessly. Because of her, the entire experience felt seamless and stress-free. She is clearly someone who takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she helps, which makes such a difference. Front desk staff are often the first and last impression of a place, and Kassidy absolutely nails it—she represents Lumen on Ninth in the best possible way. Kassidy is a huge asset to the team, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. I honestly can’t imagine the place without her.
