Lumen on Ninth, columbus-oh

I recently read a review saying “don’t live here if you expect maintenance to fix anything,” and that couldn’t be further from the truth. Jordan and William are absolutely amazing, and it honestly feels like there’s nothing they can’t fix. They are always polite, professional, and respectful, and every work order I’ve submitted has been completed within 24 hours. Lumen is an awesome place to live, and the maintenance team is a huge part of what makes it such a great community.

Kassidy at the front desk at Lumen on Ninth was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made everything easy and went out of her way to be helpful. Great first impression thanks to her—she’s a huge asset to the building.

I have loved living at Lumen! The amenities and team make the place what it is. Specifically, one of the team members, Kassidy, has always been super helpful with her willingness to help and she has made my time living here much better.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lumen on Ninth, and a huge part of that is because of Kassidy at the front desk. She is genuinely one of those people who makes you feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of the moment you walk through the door. Kassidy is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable, but what truly sets her apart is her warmth and attentiveness. She greets everyone with such a positive attitude and a real smile—not the forced kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you’re actually excited to be there. She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, answering questions thoroughly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. What really stood out to me was how Kassidy handled everything with such calm confidence, even when things were busy. She never made me feel rushed, and she took the time to make sure all details were handled correctly. It’s rare to find someone at the front desk who balances efficiency and genuine care so well, and Kassidy does it effortlessly. Because of her, the entire experience felt seamless and stress-free. She is clearly someone who takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she helps, which makes such a difference. Front desk staff are often the first and last impression of a place, and Kassidy absolutely nails it—she represents Lumen on Ninth in the best possible way. If you’re considering visiting Lumen on Ninth, know that you’ll be in great hands from the moment you arrive. Kassidy is a huge asset to the team, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. I honestly can’t imagine the place without her.
