Living here keeps making me mad everyday and i was going to write a review after i have moved but i want to warn people especially if you’re coming from out of state to not live here. I should have known with the 2.9 stars review they have when i saw this place but i still moved cos i desperately needed a place and did not have enough time to look for other places. After i had signed a lease, it took them 2 weeks before they could move me in because they wanted a non refundable $500 even after i had a co-signer. When i wanted another apartment cos moving from out of state and living in a hotel for 2 weeks was getting expensive, they finally got me a room. They said they would do a roommate matching based on the question we answer but the roommate they matched me with is so dirty, and im an overly clean person which i stated in the questionnaire. I wanted to move but they want me to pay $300 for someone they matched me with but they would not do anything about it. Their amenities is not working, everything is under construction, it’s so hard to get deliveries that i started just getting my delivered at Whole Foods instead. DoorDash will drop your food in the middle of the street. So they got a new office manager Nicole and the new thing they started doing is towing people’s cars. I have parking permit in the garage and there has been no jurisdiction regarding what type of car to park there and these liars said it’s the security company, but the security company said it isn’t them, but i have to talk to the property manager. And these lying folks keep denying it. Now they towed a students car, for someone who has exams coming up, how do they expect one to focus. AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Only giving 2 stars because the maintanence team here has been quick and efficient, as well as respectful and timely. Everything else, I have not been impressed. The photos posted of the gym and communable area is literally AI, it's all wood walls and construction. We were promised a communal space and gym that was supposed to be ready by the winter. This was the only reason I decided that the price of rent was worth it. Instead, we've had no amenities and no change in rent, the pool was open for a week, we had no mail room and our packages were moved into the leasing office after sitting by the entrance for a month, and the whole second floor of the first building flooded. The hidden fees and charges, especially for forgetting your key in the building or setting your trash out an hour ealry for work- is ridiculous. The expense for parking and the rules for having guests visit. The forced trash valet fee. Charging to pay your rent. The units themselves are beautiful unless everything is broken and you have to have maintenance come in all the time. Overall, Altitude promised much and delivered little this year. I hope that this circumstance changes if they ever finish construction, however it looks like that will not be for a while. Staff is delightful, they're kind and are more than happy to do their job and I've not had much of any issue with them. All the staff in the office greet you with a smile, and answer questions enthusiastically- no complaints there. The lack of fulfillment and execution is, however, poor and disappointing.

I don’t usually write reviews… but this leasing office deserves one 😂 Isaac was literally in the middle of working on his computer and STILL stopped to help me like I was the most important person there. Top-tier service. The whole office is super friendly—like suspiciously friendly?? I’m not complaining though, especially since they casually blessed me with FOUR boxes of Bubbler (yes, my favorite drink… they just get me like that). And then there’s Dylan. Honestly, the celebrity of the office. I already knew him from Instagram—we go way back… (not really, we’re not that close), but I found him on Instagram. Famous enough, I guess lol. Absolute legend. 10/10 experience. Came in for Bubbler and left with Bubbler, good vibes, and a renewed lease of course

The maintenance team here is amazing requests are handled quickly and they always do a great job. The office staff is also fantastic and really goes the extra mile by hosting fun resident events that make the community feel welcoming. Overall a great place to live!

The renewal apartment is neat and clean even though some facilities may be old. The managers are nice, friendly and responded quickly after reaching out. The apartment is also a quiet one. Compared to other nearby apartments, the price is also affordable and cheaper. The OSU Medical Center and main campus center shutters just next to the backyard! Walking 4 minutes to the shuttle stop!!
