’ve had a great experience living at Rivers Edge at Carolina Stadium. The staff here truly goes above and beyond! They’re professional, responsive, and always welcoming. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Maintenance has also been excellent. Requests are addressed promptly, and the work is done right the first time. It gives you real peace of mind knowing things are taken care of efficiently. The community itself is clean, well-kept, and in a great location. It’s a comfortable, safe place to call home, and you can tell management genuinely cares about the residents. I’m glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live in the area. — Tyler

I absolutely love living here! The floor plans are super spacious and honestly have more space than I know what to do with. The community is well-maintained, and the staff really make this place feel welcoming. The leasing manager has been amazing throughout my time here. Whenever I've had questions or concerns, she's always been responsive, sweet, and willing to help. I really appreciate that she gave me a space to share my concerns and made me feel heard, which isn't something you find everywhere. Overall, I've had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious apartment and a friendly, supportive staff!

DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT LIVE HERE TLDR: Negligence, roommate issues coupled with lack of cooperation from management, incompetent management in general, gross apartments upon move in The only person in the lease office I like is Brian, hes a real one. I have been living here since February 2025 and have had soooooooo many issues so ill list them. 1) The first apartment me and my girlfriend moved into was a three bedroom to save money. The third unit was occupied by another couple which was not told to us before moving in. Issues with them is a whole story but the management knew the 4th person was not supposed to be there and was there illegally. They refused to evict or kick him out. Also he would beat his girlfriend and the entire maintenance staff and front office staff knew this. But they still moved me and my girlfriend into the unit anyways. 2) We were promised a refferal bonus when moving in. It took countless phone calls, bad reviews, emails with management and corporate, and about 4 months to get this refferal. 3) I was charged for "Rent plus" which is a credit reporting agency for rent. I opted out ($10 fee) but was still charged every month. I went in person to have it removed 6 months in a row and even still never fixed it so I gave up. 4) When we moved into our second unit they charged a 300$ transfer fee to get out of the situation with the other unit. The new unit was dirty and clearly not cleaned or fixed before we moved in. Holes in the walls/cabinets, dirt, dust, bugs, etc 5) As many people have mentioned here, we also have water damage in our apartment. Our bedroom floors have entirely flooded 4 times.....The roof/walls in the living room are wet/moldy. The dishwasher leaked for months and had black mold on the walls around the dishwasher. I have put in multiple work orders and they say they "fixed" it. But all they did was dry it, but not fix the root cause. I would just be worried there is underlying mold in a lot of the units due to negligence. 6) Our AC went out last summer at the peak of the heat. Our thermostat was regularly 80-85+. It took a week to get a window unit and AC still didnt work 3 weeks later until we moved out. Save your time, money, and stress for somewhere else.

I’ve had a great experience so far at River Edge Apartments in Columbia. The complex is in a really convenient location and the property is well kept. The atmosphere feels calm and comfortable, and the whole move-in process was smooth from start to finish. I especially want to shout out (Brian Myers ) for being so helpful and making everything easy. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and made sure I understood every step. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free.

We have had the opportunity to work with Tyreke, and I can honestly say he is excellent to work with. He is extremely responsive, communicates clearly, and truly cares about the residents and the condition of the property.
