I recently toured The Park Student Living and had a great experience. Xavier was very professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable throughout the tour. He answered all of my questions and made the process feel comfortable and easy. The property itself is beautiful, especially the pool areas and amenities. The location is also a huge plus since it’s so close to University of South Carolina and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and campus life overall. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for student housing in Columbia.

As a mother dropping off my son for his freshman year of college, I was nervous about this new chapter in his life. From the moment we arrived at The Park Student Housing, those worries began to fade. The staff were incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable. Seeing the amenities, security features, and sense of community gave me peace of mind knowing my son would be living in a safe and supportive environment while focusing on his studies. Clayton of the Park Student Housing helped to make the transition much easier for both of us. My son was excited to begin this new journey, and I drove away feeling confident that he was in a great place. I highly recommend The Park to any parent looking for quality student housing and a caring community for their student.

I had an great experience at The Park Place in Columbia, South Carolina. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, professional, and well-maintained. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around Columbia whether you’re visiting for work, family, or just a weekend getaway. One thing that really stood out to me was how attentive and respectful the staff were throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with carried themselves professionally and made sure any questions or concerns were handled quickly. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but the team here genuinely made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest.The rooms were spacious, clean, and relaxing. Everything was organized, and you can tell the management puts effort into maintaining the property. The environment felt peaceful, safe, and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet the area was at night while still being close to restaurants, stores, and other parts of the city. The only downside was the pool not being clean at all during the 25-26 school year. My friends and I couldn’t use it because it looked so unsanitary. By the time of move out, that’s when it was finally ready to use which was useless. On another note, another thing I loved was the overall presentation of the property. The grounds and common areas looked great, and there was a sense of pride in how everything was maintained. Small details matter, and Park Place definitely pays attention to them. If you’re looking for a dependable, comfortable, and professionally managed place to stay in Columbia, I would absolutely recommend Park Place. My experience exceeded expectations, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way.

Came by with a few other parents to look around before move-in, and Wendi gave us a wonderful tour. She was very polite, and  welcoming. The property looked great!

Maintenance very good and friendly CJ Shivers is the best!!! recommend living there 100% if your downtown or usc. Leasing staff and property management also much better 5 stars
