Elevator broke dozens of times because of "the budget" We live on the top floor. No communication whatsoever from the leasing office. Place so cheap they don’t even bother getting a new elevator even though rent is ridiculously expensive. Mold, water damage, broken A/C during summer , hole in the wall for months (top floor), practically no parking lot lighting which is so unsafe considering there’s homeless people living in the bushes. Place is so cheaply built snd SOOOO OVERPRICED. Gym is so small. Only good thing about this place is the location and the friendly staff who are stuck running this place

We have lived here for three years, and without question, it has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing rental experiences imaginable. What should have been a safe, comfortable place to live has instead been defined by constant negligence, poor management, and a complete lack of accountability. Management has been consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and often outright rude. Concerns are ignored, follow-up is rare, and residents are too often left feeling like their legitimate issues simply do not matter. Even urgent maintenance requests are not handled with the seriousness they deserve. Most recently, our air conditioning stopped working, and despite submitting a maintenance request and personally visiting the office to stress the urgency, nothing was done. Hours later, our apartment had reached 82 degrees, with no communication, no resolution, and no apparent concern for our well-being. Safety and security are also major issues. Building entry doors are frequently broken or left unlocked, creating an environment where anyone can enter the property. On more than one occasion, we have encountered homeless individuals inside the hallways. No resident should have to question whether their building is secure or whether management is taking even the most basic precautions to protect the people who live here. The overall condition of the property reflects this same neglect. Broken doors remain unrepaired, security concerns go unaddressed, and essential systems are allowed to fail without timely intervention. After three years of dealing with these ongoing issues, it is clear that resident comfort, safety, and satisfaction are not priorities here. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Prospective tenants should seriously consider whether they want to entrust their safety, comfort, and peace of mind to a management team that has shown such a persistent lack of care and responsibility.

We are staying at Green Crossing next year and are so excited we have tour and it looks great. Our previous friends also live there and love it. We are thrilled.

Greene Crossing is a convenient option for students due to its close proximity to campus. The apartments are spacious and include useful amenities like a pool and a gym. Maintenance is generally responsive. While rent is higher than some nearby options, the location and convenience make it a solid choice.

This apartment complex, specifically the annex has been the absolute worst apartment experience i’ve had… and I understand college apartments aren’t going to be the best but this place takes the cake! Didn’t have wifi for almost 3 months, elevator was down almost every day, and my roof had leaks that took over a year to be addressed but only the roof. I still have sheetrock falling off the ceiling. With this being said the maintenance team is awesome, they work so hard to fix what they can. The awful experience of this complex is only due to the poor management.
