I have lived with Walk2Campus going on two years and I absolutely love it. Not only are the properties great but the staff is so kind, caring, and all around awesome. Josh Birth has helped me with maintenance around my apartment several times and is so quick to respond and show up to help. I appreciate the maintenance team so much! Going on to Joy King the leasing coordinator for the W2C Columbia office… she is such a lovely person to work with and will do whatever she can to accommodate you. Joy is the sweetest, most creative, fun person I know and she never hesitates to lend a helping hand when you’re in need, whether it’s answering questions you have or making her resident’s living experience as good as possible. Walk2Campus hosts fun events for their residents and creates a community that is hard to beat! My parents and I are so grateful for the w2c team and everything they have done for me in my time living with them as a student at USC. I am going into my senior year and lived with walk2campus last year and again this year!!! Thanks for all you guys do, I’m forever grateful!!!

Do not rent with Walk2Campus. We’ve had multiple issues in our house that were not taken care of. The windows in our house were plastered over shut, so we couldn’t open them. There was a fire in our house, which led to a safety hazard being that we couldn’t open the windows. When you need the reach out to the Columbia Office you get sent to Corporate who doesn’t help. When the unit inspection came along, they charged me for damages that weren’t even in my part of the house, when I tried disputing them the most the could offer me was a gift card?? Terrible experience living here, unsafe, and you don’t get heard as a resident

Absolutely the worst apartment management team I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’ve been a resident here for two years, and out of nowhere, they had my car towed from my own driveway all because of some new, barely communicated rule about needing a parking pass even in your own driveway. No notice, no warning, just a tow and a huge bill. It’s clear they only care about getting money out of their residents and couldn’t care less about actually helping or communicating with us. Total lack of professionalism and common decency. Beware before signing anything with this place.

W2C is a really great team! I’ve lived in several different apartment complexes in Columbia and I’ve never had a team so responsive, flexible, and caring. Maintenance is always there immediately, and will always fix a problem as soon as humanly possible and will do a great job. Management is always available for any questions, is extremely friendly, and make sure that we are never left in the dark. By far the best experience I’ve had because of them.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Walk2Campus Columbia. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, and responsive to student / tenant needs. We have never had any problems getting in touch with someone to resolve issues in a timely manner. They truly care about the students / tenants well being and needs. Walk2Campus Columbia helped to foster a great housing experience for my daughter's last three years at USC! I truly wish all management companies were as responsive as Walk2Campus (believe me, many aren't!!). Thank you again for making her off campus housing experience a positive one!
