Yugo Columbia District Flats, columbia-mo

Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! Genuinely such a great property! The staff is always friendly, and maintenance was fantastic! Excellent location, and the brand new coffee machine is fantastic!

District Flats is so great! I originally talked to Grace who gave me a full tour and she was so nice and inviting. Everything about this place is nice but my favorite part is the club room, I couldn’t stay away! I think I could beat anyone in pool at this point haha! Who wants to take me on?

I've been here almost 2 years, and it's overall been a very decent experience. Around august, I started having issues with constant noise disrupting my sleep throughout the schoolyear. Thankfully, with the new team that took ownership, they've been working with me to try to figure out the cause of this noise and deal with it, which is more effort i've ever seen from an apartment management company. I must Commend the Regional Manager in specific for making my voice feel heard while i've had the noise issue that is affecting my life. Beforehand, I would tell you that only the maintenance team is reliable, but now I would pretty confidently say that every layer in the system is both reliable & quick to respond. The amenities are great too, gym is pretty clean and other residents wipe down their equipment responsibly. Study rooms are a lifesaver if you need no noise at all for a bit. And they have printers & a community area too with a pool table. I have witnessed social events with free offerings aswell too which helps a lot during cram season. Not far away from campus either, so if you don't do well with roommates this could be a great alternative from dorms.

I’m not one to leave reviews but after the experience I was given here I felt it’s only be right to. First of all the amenities are all well taken care of especially the game room, you can tell they make it a point to keep everything clean and pristine. The service though is the best part, especially Shea who works the front desk was extremely helpful and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does!

I have lived at District Flats for the past three years now since moving out of the freshman dorms, and it has been such a wonderful place to spend my college years. I have been in a 4-bed classic each year, and the amount of natural light in each room coupled with the private bathrooms makes it a very comfortable place to live. Compared to other properties with similar living accommodations in the area, District Flats certainly offers competitive pricing, as well as being substantially more secure, as far as location and internal security measures, than many other downtown apartment buildings. It is also a smaller community compared to many of the other student housing complexes downtown, and that has allowed me to really get to know the staff. In particular, Shea, Grace, and Laura have been nothing but helpful towards me, and have always helped sort out any questions or problems that I had. The maintenance team, Chaz and Daviante, are also phenomenal. They are friendly, efficient, and genuinely concerned with our well-being and comfortability. I would absolutely recommend District Flats to anyone looking for a student housing community within blocks of the Quad and right in the midst of the Columbia and campus communities!
