The Row, columbia-mo

This has been one of the best complexes I’ve lived in! I love the amenities, the staff are always helpful. The only issue is there isn’t a ton of parking. It isn’t normally an issue, but sometimes there will be times that you have to park a bit of a ways away from your unit just because of the lack of spots. Overall it has been a great experience so far and definitely somewhere I recommend!

I lived at The Row for 2 years and I loved it. The management was great and the maintenance team genuinely went so beyond my expectations. Everyone was approachable and took matters seriously for residents. Overall, great space, nice price, and great area! I used the shuttle all the time too and it was so convenient. They also had so many events for students where there would be free food or drink pop ups in the office. Great place to have pets too. I would definitely choose to live here again if I could!

My roommates and I love living at the Row! Having an entire house as opposed to a tiny apartment is a game changer. And it stays one of the most affordable options in como with a shuttle to and from campus and the staff is so kind and helpful!

The owners are excellent at communicating the upgrades they are doing to the complex, and I have seen them walking around many times to just pick up litter making it look nice and clean. We have a nice little dog park, a pool, a social place, and community grills. All of which are great places to hang out!

So far love this place for my first semester. Shuttle is great and brings me right to the middle of campus! The staff is always super friendly and they are more than happy to give the residents free snacks and drinks.
