The Pointe at Rock Quarry Park, columbia-mo

I am a current resident at the Pointe and I LOVE it. I have met some of the most amazing people during my time at the Pointe. It is very affordable, rent includes utilities and parking (flat rate). Even though rent is cheap, the apartment itself is so nice and HUGE! They also just got new gym equipment with a stair master so nice. The pool is also so awesome in the summer and the drive to campus is so manageable and they have a shuttle service as well. I have also lived downtown and ever since moving to the Pointe, I haven't looked back. Living downtown is SOOOO expensive and the rooms are so small. By living at the Pointe you save money and get to explore more of Columbia rather than just being downtown. My experience with my apartment downtown was also terrible because management was horrible. BUT at the Pointe they are always quick to respond with a warm response and solution to any and all concerns. You also live behind a park with a trail which is so nice to unwind to and just relax. Amazing student housing I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for reasonably priced housing that is genuinely nice.

The Pointe is genuinely one of the best places for a college student to live. It’s really clean, super close to campus, and just overall really convenient, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to get to class or just get around during the week. The apartments and common areas are always well kept, and it actually feels like a place that’s taken care of instead of just somewhere students pass through. The management has also been great in my experience. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been easy to reach and actually helpful, which I really appreciate. I’ve lived here for about a year now and haven’t had any issues at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Pointe to any college student looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to live near campu

I've seriously never written a review, but I am today because the Pointe management deserves it. I've lived here for 3 years, and I'm convinced that there would've been no better apartment for my roommates and I to live in these past few years. The apartment is very spacious (almost all of our guests have commented on it), and it's extremely close to campus (like a 7 minute drive). Our rents throughout the years have also been fairly cheap. It's also a pretty quiet & calm place to live, I've never heard anyone next door to us. I will say that the amenities aren't amazing, but I'm actually ok with that because it allows our rent to be cheaper, and I probably wouldn't have used the amenities much anyway. Parking also isn't great sometimes, but I think that's pretty common across most student living here in Columbia. One of my favorite things though about living here is that it's right next to Rock Quarry Park! I've spent a lot of time there walking around the track, playing pickleball, hammocking, etc. The last thing I'll mention is that management is AMAZING (which is honestly pretty rare in Columbia). Not only do they do routine things like salt the sidewalks and change our filters, maintenance requests are completed within a couple of days (for us a lot of them were completed within 1-2 days). If you're looking for a place to live next year, I would HIGHLY recommend checking out the Pointe!

I've been living at the Pointe for almost a year. Our apartment is very spacious, cozy, safe, and well maintained. Lauren in management is always quick to communicate and has been helpful in answering all my questions. All the maintenance requests my roommates and I have submitted have been resolved promptly. There's a park right next door that isn't managed by the pointe, but is safe, and a great place to walk my dog. The shuttle provided by the complex runs daily to and from Mizzou's campus. Some of our appliances could use an update, but they still work well!

I have loved every minute of living at The Pointe! Our household has been here for 3 years already, and we are so happy to continue living here. Side note, Lauren is the goat and holds the fort down. You’re a real one Lauren.
