The Lyfe @ Missouri, columbia-mo

As a parent, I absolutely love The Lyfe for our daughter in college. The setup is perfect and well managed. The living quarters are really spacious and each suite has everything they need. They have all the amenities someone would need and a shuttle to the school. We are so relieved to have a nice and safe place for our daughter to live. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. Three cheers for The Lyfe!

The apartments themselves are great and spacious. but DO NOT LIVE HERE if you need WiFi or a reliable shuttle. I hope the Lyfe will be compensating its residents for the amount of money they’ve had to spend on gas and parking on campus due to their lack of planning with the shuttle service. They have two independent drivers who are great but what we need is a company so we don’t have to hear EVERY OTHER DAY that the shuttles not going to run for a period of time. They always say they’re working to fix these issues but I have not seen any change in the year I’ve lived here. The Lyfe- do better!

Absolutely amazing air conditioning. It always works and I’m never up until 2 am sweating! The WiFi always works and I can always trust coming home to do home work after a long day! Also the shuttle runs all the time and never is never out of service! (Did I mention how good the WiFi is?!?!) anyways I definitely will be back here next year and hopefully my whole life!

The property is well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean and inviting.The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The staff communicates clearly and keeps everyone updated about community events or important notices. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and campus, which makes commuting simple. Overall, it’s a comfortable, welcoming community that truly feels like home. I would definitely recommend The Lyfe to anyone looking for quality living in the area.

As a resident at The Lyfe, I can truly say this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The staff are always super kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Management is very positive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. They consistently host community events and definitely feed you lol, which really helps create a fun and connected environment. The property is also very pet friendly, which is a huge plus. Maintenance is extremely reliable. They respond quickly, are friendly and respectful, and do a great job fixing any issues. Whenever something comes up, they come out fast and make sure everything is handled properly. Communication is another standout. They text residents through iMessage, which makes everything so convenient, and they are great about notifying you when packages arrive. Overall, The Lyfe feels like a well managed, supportive community, and I truly enjoy calling it home.
