I've really enjoyed living at this complex the past two years. The property manager, Kayla, is wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance is fast and reliable whenever something comes up, and the property is well-kept. I also appreciate how quiet the community is and how fair the pricing is compared to other complexes in Columbia. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet community with a responsive and caring property management team!

Lived here for almost 3 years and honestly it’s been a really good experience overall. Management is super nice and maintenance requests usually get done the same day or pretty quick. The apartments are really spacious compared to a lot of places in Columbia, quiet community, good ventilation, and the location is close to pretty much everything. Staff at the front office are always friendly too. Only small issue for me was being on the ground floor - sometimes bugs and a little noise from upstairs, but that’s kinda expected tbh. Other than that, great place to live.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance staff. I dropped two pieces of special jewelry down the drain in my bathroom sink, and the staff took so much care in getting them back for me. They even laid the items on a paper towel so I see them easily when I returned home. Thank you so much!

I stayed here my last semester of college after being at The Den and Brookside downtown. For anyone looking for a quieter spot close to downtown and not a hefty uber price back from the bar for their last couple semesters, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is nice and remembers you if you go in and talk with them. They have lots of amenities: free bus rides to school, free coffee in clubhouse, a gym to run or lift weights, and a printer to print out all of your assignments! (I was a mechanical engineering major so this saved me a lot!) I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and had my own bathroom, shower and space to do whatever I wanted. Yes, it’s not downtown. Yes, it is not the most extravagant place you could stay at. But for the price? It is a very VERY underrated spot in Columbia for some student housing!

Have lived here since 2020, and the last year has been an absolute trainwreck. Do not live here. The apartments frequently have heat/air issues especially if you are on the first floor. The wifi is terrible and constantly crashes. We have had nonstop appliance issues that have led to flooding. Major construction had to be done on our units plumbing and they handled it in the most uncommunicative and careless way possible. They tried to force us to move units during Christmas and a 4 day snowstorm while threatening to shut off utilities with zero written notice. Contractors left tons of trash throughout our unit and heaps outside of it, and even left rotting food that caused us to get bugs. I had to use my roommates bathroom for almost two months, and they tried to get me to use my roommates space that was out of town for several weeks for break without consulting her or getting permission. This complex only cares about money and the bottom line, not actual residents. Every roommate I have had in the last 3 years hated it and left asap to go to Elevate. The pricing may seem decent, but another complex is worth the extra $100 a month, as this one constantly ramps up prices and utility fees.
