Super helpful! I have stayed here for the 25-26 school year and they have always been so gracious with any issues. Their leasing office has welcoming faces and helps with any request. Amenities are kept up and maintenance is quick. Mail room is also nice to have protected shipments that arrive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a downtown lease!!

Lived at the Rise for a few years, and this year they’ve made some major improvements that I’ve really loved. The staff are always friendly, and I’m honestly impressed by how many residents they remember by name. Marchaya and Cortez has been especially kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the time I’ve lived here, and the other staff members have been great too. The building feels very safe, and the vending machine selection is amazing now and super convenient. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my experience living here and the fact that it's really close to campus too!

I lived there for a year, it was honestly great, I loved it, the front desk people always had an answer for me, and they were always willing to help. Loved my experience as a Junior having everything close by is amazing, being able to walk everywhere is so nice. And it is always cleaned up, the gym is clean and so is the patio, I love my the location of my room, and how big the windows are. Whenever I had a maintenance problem they were always fixing it the next day or a day after. Overall I love living here it is great!

Our daughter has lived there going on her second year. Student staff is extremely friendly, even when working with adults that can be unreasonable in regard to their own grown adult students that live there. Tons of new upgrades and flooring, close to downtown, and close to campus. Highly recommend!
